Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor & paving not exceeding 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hardcore of gauge n exc 63mm broken bricks, deposited, spread and levelled in layers duly rolling nex 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in path, pavings etc. finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick sand cushioning for laying of cement concrete paver blocks complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with approved colour,design & pattern in foot path, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parkings, etc, of required strength, thickness & six/shape, made by table vibratory method unsing PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding / laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer though vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand vibratory complete all as specified and as directed. Note-Sand cushioning shall be paid separately under Sch A item No 4.00 of respective item of BOQ.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in bonding / locking of edges of interlocking tiles including weathering and slightly rounded or chamfered on angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs for sign board of size 1800x1200 mm made on 2mm thck Aluminium sheet. The board shall be covered using 3M India type IV retro reflective sheet of Blue colour, the letter on it shall be of white colour.The board shall be suppoprted by 32mm bore stainless steel round pipe and 25x12 mm tubular pipe.The pipe of size 3600mm each including cutting or gun welding, polishing, buffing complete with necessary holes, nuts and bolts, caps and anchor plates of SS grade 304 ASTM as per drawing and instructions of Engr-in-Charge including cost of RCC/PCC earth work with S&F of type IX retro reflective sheeting as per ASTM-D-4956-07 in two layers of approved colour over ACM/Aluminum sheet complete with adhesive and pressure method and providing cutting hoisting and fixing in position including fabrication of 3mm ACM made of two aluminium sheet of 25mm thick each having a distance of 2.5mm filled with rubber polymer including provision of block of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 120 cm made of PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) cast in situ at each legs for fixing sign board including necessary earth work complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20 mm with PAMA striplense reflector of mode No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and directed

Suuply and fix in repairs solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water prooofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (Shank 65mm) of high effeciency Mono reflective solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt on Ni-end rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufacturer's instructions etc, all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.
