(Contractor shall provide , E- Bracket, necessary clamps, Disc Fitting, F-clamp , Nut - Bolts washers etc. )

Erection of single stud pole support on STP Pole 11 Mtr long with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories required for erection. (Contractor shall provide necessary clamps, Nut - Bolts, Washers etc)

Cradle Guarding of 33 KV line at road crossing, canal/telephone line crossing by fixing Guarding Angle 65x65x6 mm, 3500 mm at double pole and 2600 mm long at single pole by stringing and sagging of 3 No. G.I.wire with lacing and tightening with mounting. (Contractor shall provide Necessary clamps for fitting of guarding angle and 6 No. Eye hook&bolt 12x110 mm etc.)

Nozeling and grouting of stay at sectional pole,F/P etc and extra stay sets at angle locations (All the civil material and 33 kv stay set, stay clamp with nut bolt will be arranged by the contractor except stay wire)

Cable stand Structure Fabrication & erection of 33 KV Cable Stand made of 02 No. M.S chanel 125x65x6 mm 3 Mtr. Jointed to each other by M.S Channel horizontally and also jointed to each other by means of 05 No. M.S Strip (m.s flat) 50x6 mm of size 200 mm long each by welding at actual distance interval as per norms. And grouting in block of 300x300x700 completely providing 02 no. cable clamps also and eathing by G.I strip 50x6 mm size with the earth mat of switchyard both side of legs and provideing clamps , post/ pin insulator for holding cable. (All the materials will be arranged by the contractor such that clamps nut bolts and civil materials except M.S channel.)

Stringing, sagging, binding and Jumpering of ACSR Dog conductor. 3 Phase of 33 KV Line including fixing, mounting of P.G.clamp suitable for Dog Conductor at sectional point. (Contractor shall provide necessary PG clamps etc)

Earthing by way of boring and lowering the "B" class GI pipe of 55 mm dia from ground upto water level not less than 20 mtr. As per standard practice . The G.I pipe which laid down below the railway crossing will be connected with G.I strip 50x6. (All material will be supplied by the contractor)

Laying & Dressing of 3x300 sq. mm XLPE Cable underground Double Circuit. Laying of double circuit 3x300 sq .mm XLPE Cable in normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm wide including supply of required materials, as 1st class Bricks, Stone slabs and fine sand. Providing 150 mm fine sand cusion beneath, and 150 mm sand cusion above the cable. The cable shall be duly protected by Bricks, sand and stone slab. The inter axial spacing between two cables should be in between 0.25 to 0.04 M. After laying the cable refilling and ramming of the left out soil,closing the trench and leveling.

Laying of cable Though HDD method D/C Laying of 33 KV 3x300 Sq mm XLPE cable by HDD drilling method . (Ensure of drilling of cable one by one) The cable be laid at the depth of 3 mtr from the under surface

Installation of Heat Shrinkable Type cable jointing kits of following types/sizes for 33 XLPE Cable.

(a) Fixing of 33 KV 3x300 sq. mm Straight Through joints. (jointing kit supplied by dept.)

(b) Fixing of 33 KV 3x300 sq. mm Outdoor End Terminations (jointing kit supplied by dept.)

High Pressure testing to which 33 KV Line & cable to be stand for duration of 5 minutes after completion of Laying, Stringing, sagging, binding and Jumpering of ACSR Dog conductor. ( Testing equipment will be arranged by the contractor)

Hoisting of 33 KV Cable on existing/erected support with provision of MS Pipe 150 mm dia 3 mtr long suitable for 3x300 sq mm cable fixing of proper support and its clamping, providing long barral lugs 6 nos and P.G. Clamps & "Y" shape jumpering properly and 02 nos. supporting angle 65X65X6, 2240 mm long and making connection including supply of jumpering cable ,mounting clamps as per RESSPO Norms. (All material will be supplied by the contractor like G.I. Pipe , P.G. Clamps, Al. Lug And Supporting Angle 65X65X6, 2240 mm and jumpering cable suitable for 33 KV jumper).

Hoisting of 33 KV Cable on existing/erected support with provision on 33kv cable stand by using clamp with nut bolt and suitble size of G.I. pipe. (All material will be supplied by the contractor like G.I Pipe ,P.G. Clamps, Al. Lug And and jumpering cable suitable for 33 KV jumper).

Grouting of following structure by digging of pit 1.5 Mtr/1.83 Mtr deep for 9.0 Mtr PCC / 11 Mtr STP/13 mtr respectively, placing stone pad at bottom 450x450 size foundation is provided with help of steel or wooden formers, groutung with 1:4:8 Ratio cement, sand & first class brick ballast 0.268/0.285 cu mtr for 9.0 mtr PCC Pole & 11 mtr STP, plinthing 0.3 Mtr above G/L and proper plastering.

Supply and fixing of a stone pad of size 300x300x75 mm at PCC/STP Bottom of the pit ( Contractor shall provide all materials)

Fabrication, Erection and grouting of route marker and marking 33 KV line by painting after grooving on the stone. (Contractor shall provide all materials)

Fixing of barbed wire on pole Supply and fixing of barbed wire on the pole above 2750 mm ground level. Barbed wire wrapped for a distance of 0.9 mtr. with a pitch of 13.mm at a height. (All materials supplied by the contractor)

Fixing of Danger board . Supply and fitting of Danger board of size 250x200x2 mm 3650 mm above ground level with the help of proper size of nuts, Bolts , washers and clamps as per Respo norms. RESPO Drawing No-55 (All materials supplied by the contractor)

Earthing of Pole Earthing of Pole STP/PCC by 6 SWG GI Wire by providing and fixing of 20 mm dia' earthing rod 2.550 Mtr. long as per norms complete in all respect. (Contractor shall provide all the material Like Earthing rod, Earthing clamps and nut & bolt etc Except 6swg wire.)

Petrolling in feet from starting to end and removal/lopping and chopping of tree branches which are lying in routre of 33 KV overhead line.

Providing of HDPE 6"Dia Pipe PN-6 Specification

Laying of cable & HDPE Pipe(double circuit) Laying of double circuit 33 KV 3x300 Sq mm XLPE cable and HDPE Pipe by drilling method below NHAI road crossing. The cable be laid at the depth of 3 mtr from the under surface in HDPE pipe (200 mm. dia.) casing.

Providing of G.I Pipe 6" Dia B class pipe for Railway Crossing .

Laying of cable & G.I Pipe (D/C) Laying of Double circuit 33 KV 3x300 Sq mm XLPE cable and G.I Pipe by drilling method below Railway line. The cable be laid at the depth of 3 mtr from the under surface in G.I. pipe (200 mm. dia.) casing.

(All the material will be arrange by the contractor)

NOC will be granted from Central/state Electrical safety department.( Final settlement of the payment will be done after providing receipt, agreement and permission paper).

Breaking, reparing and painting of Road divider at different location with complete all respect.(Contractor shall provide all the materials) Road divider must be repaired/reconstruct like before it was.

Permission of NHAI/PWD/state highway/ Nagar palika etc. for road crossing along the road and across the road .( Final settlement of the payment will be done after providing receipt, agreement and permission paper)

Permission of railway crossing permission must be granted from railway authority for laying of 33 kv cable and pipe under the railway crossing (final settlement of payment will be on the basis of after provindg of receipt and agreement of permission of railway crossing)

Fixing of additional 33 KV V-type X arm with clamp, nut & bolts etc. at required places on existing 33 Kv complaint booth line for making 33 kv double circuit Overhead line and also fixing of 33 kv V type cross arm on existing 11 KV line after replacing of 11 kv cross arm. Contractor shall provide clamp nut & bolts etc.

Fixing of additional 33 KV Disc insulator with clamp, nut & bolts etc. at required places(either on , top chanel, bracket etc) on existing 33 Kv complaint booth line for making 33 kv double circuit Overhead line and also fixing of 33 kv Disc insulator on existing 11 KV line after replacing of 11 kv Disc insulator.( CONTRACTOR Shall provide nut, bolt and washer etc.)

Fixing of additional 33 KV polymer Pin insulator, nut & bolts etc. at required places (either on cross arm , top chanel, bracket etc) on existing 33 Kv complaint booth line for making 33 kv double circuit Overhead line and also fixing of 33 KV polymer Pin insulator on existing 11 KV line after replacing of 11 kv Pin insulator. contractor shall provide necessary items like nut bolt etc.

Fabrication, cutting, drilling and fixing of bracket with fitting complete at required places. The bracket will be made by MS Chanel 100x50x6 mm and angle 65x65x6 mm and ensuring the proper saparation by using different size of chanel and angle at different location. ( Contractor shall provide necessary clamps ,nut bolts and washers etc. except chanel and angle.)

Providing and Fixing of bracing clamp with nut and bolt at required places.

Fabrication and Fixing of additional Bracing angle 65x65x6 4300 mm with clamp, nut & bolts etc. at required places. Contractor shall provide clamp with nut & bolts washers etc.

Providing and Fixing of clamp for 33 kv cross arm with nut & bolts washers at required places.

Fabrication and Fixing of additional Top channel 125x65x6 3200 mm with all necessary clamp, nut & bolts washers etc. at required places. (Contractor shall provide nut & bolts washers etc).

Earthing of Existing Pole STP/PCC by 6 SWG Wire at required places by providing and fixing of 20 mm dia' earthing rod 2.550 Mtr. long as per norms complete in all respect. (Contractor shall provide all the material Like 6SWG GI Wire, Earthing rod, Earthing clamps and nut and bolts.)

Inspection Pit will be digged as per the direction and supervision of JE/AE/EE.

33 KV Straight through chamber with sand filling with cover (1219x914.5x914.5 mm) (Contractor shall provide all materials) Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam Clay or Sand) including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of the foundation work. 4.19 CUM. Concrete with 4cm gauge I class brick ballast (class 150) , coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion. 0.28 CUM RCC work with cement approved coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) and 2 cm gauge graded approved hard stone ballast like grainite, quartzite etc from Dalla, Jhansi or other quarries and approved coarse sand in proportion 1:1.5:3 in raft foundation and footings , excluding supply of reinforcement & its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with binding wire, including cost of all other materials labour and T&P. 0.85 CUM TMT/Tor steel in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage, bend, hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured. (Steel shall be arranged by the contractor) 0.81 QTL 6 mm. thick plaster with 1:3 cement & coarse sand including labour, materials & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. 5.66 SQM 3 mm thick floating coat of neat cement finish including supply of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.( cement consumtion 0.044 bag/Sq.m.) 5.66 SQM
