REPAIRS TO FALSE CEILING LEAKAGE/SEEPAGE, WATER PROOFING TREATMENT , ROOF AC SHEET AND VALLEY GUTTER IN TECHNICAL AREA AT AF STN OJHAR

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully existing bitumen tarfelt including cement screed any thickness ,cleaning the surface and make free of dirt, foreign particles, laitance followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated and removing all foreign materials / Bituminous primer completely , cleaning and washing the existing surface of roof/slab, terraces including flashings and junctions of parapets/kerb walls etc to the utmost satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge including removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed. .(Note : Contractor will not throw the debris and suitable arrangements shall be made to take down the materials from roof). .

Removing of tree roots of any girth and height , shrubs and bushes from wall surface/roof top/chajjas up to 15 M height including repairing of cracks and filling the tree root channels and dismantled areas apply a coat of concentrated Glyphosate (41% SL) or Triclopyrwith approved chemical and render unfit for growth of vegetation on building surface and finally making good in cement mortar 1:3 and to match the surface with existing finishes including all T&P required and considering all saftey measures to carry out work upto ht 15 mtrs of bldg etc completed and removal of the complete vegetation outside MD land complete all as directed.

Taking down plaster entire plaster around rainwater spot of size 450x450mm and M&L 10 mm thick plaster the surface with cement mortar 1:3 in slopemixed with water proofing compund @2% weight of cement toward rain water pipe spot all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC measured & Paid separately).

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for in this Schedule nd removal of debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of brickwork , block masonry or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) and stacking at site where directed.

Dismantling of any type of existing cupboard ,Kitchen Shutter , shelves along with accessories complete all as as directed

Taking down carefully PVC Sheet fixed from any vertical surfaces of description and after completion of wall panneling work refix the taken down PVC Sheet in same or different location as ordered with sufficient qty of adhesive complete to the satisfation of Engineer-in-charge .
