Structural steel for Canopy — pplying, transporting, fabricating, erecting in position in position of Pre- fabricated steel structures at all elevations for Canop using structural steel sections ISMB/ISMC/ISA conforming to IS:2062 and IS 226 , including cutting, welding or bolting, supply of bo s/nuts/washers etc., complete as per drawings including surface preparation and applying one coat of Zinc Phosphate Primer before er tion, one coat after erection and two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per specification after erection and all materials and labo complete. ( No welding is permitted at site). The rate quoted shall include cost of bolts, nuts, washers, welding and electrodes an any other consumables required for completing the work. Nut bolts shall not be considered for payment.Theoretical wight of steel sec ons shall be considered for payment..(.(No measurement shall be taken for nut,bolt,washer splice plate & gusset plate)

Clippon Roofing — upply and fixing Clippon Roofing System:Roofing base material should be of cold rolled steel of 0.55 mm thick and conform to ASTM:A 6 having yield stress of 275 MPA . The coating should be Aluminum and Zinc alloy comprising 55% Al , 43.5 Zinc & 1.5 % Silicon , as r ASTM :A 792 . The coating mass should not be less than 150 Gms per SqM (total of both sides). For, bare galvalume, TCT should not less than 0.55 mm . Sheets shall have approved side laps with topsheets facing away from the prevailing weather. Necessary profile filler box should be provided at higher level of roof sheeting and at valley gutter to ensure water tightness in the profiled gaps . he fixing of roofing shall be done in such a manner that the roof is not drilled / punctured for fixing with the purlins .Refer to t approved makes given in the Attachment. Flashings, Cappings and trims:These shall be formed out of same substrates as that of the r fing sheets and shallbe supplied in standard lengths of 2.5 M in the required shapes and girths and fixed by means of hex-head mech ically galvanized stitching screws. Silicon sealant non-hardening neutral cure type shall be applied at all laps to avoid water seep e."

False ceiling — roviding & fixing false ceiling system of Trac 150 F exterior grade or approved equivalent of 0.5mm thick galvanised steel with stov enameled coil coated finish inter locking ceiling panels, carriers, suspension system and edge closure as per the following specific ion. Supplying and installation of exterior grade 150 F ceiling system comprising of 150 mm x 17 mm deep panels roll formed out of 0 mm galvanised steel with stove enameled coil coated finish. The panels shall be pre-treated and coil coated on one side in manufact ers standard colour shades as approved by the Architect/ Engineer in charge. The rear side of the panel shall be given a coat of pri r and a wash coat while the finished side shall be given a coat of primer and finish colour coat in polyster paint for a min. dry fi thickness of 20 microns, fixed on to the roll formed carriers 34.5 mm x 488 mm deep out of 6 mm thick Galvanised steed with prongs hold panels in the module of 150 mm at maximum 1.2 mts. C/C. The carriers to be suspended from roof truss by rigid suspension angle as per manufacturer's recommendation. Panels shall be supplied in custom length upto maximum of 5 mts. Job also includes providing c ling flashing using factory formed 0.5 mm thick Polyster coated galvanised steel material. Rate shall be including providing flashin to cover gap if any between illuminated banding and false ceiling"

GI Facia — pplying and fixing 20 SWG GI sheet facia including painting with one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coats of 1 st quality synt tic enamel paint on front side . Necessary facia framework for fastening the sheet to the canopy securely shall be paid separately.

AL Gutter — oviding and fixing 2 mm thick Aluminum Sheet Gutters of required shape in slope with 40 mm x 3 mm MS. Brackets at 1000 mm maximum sp ing and 8 mm dia G.I. J or L hooks, boltsand nuts, GI Limpet and bitumen washers, providing nut bolt joint , sealing the joints with ilicon sealant testing the gutter for leakage by filling water etc. Complete.(Refer attached Drawing .For allowable tolerance refer IS codes

6" PVC Pipe — oviding and fixing 6" dia PVC pipes of 6 Kg/sqcm of approved Make as per IS 4985 for rain water pipes including all fittings like ba s , shoes etc., MS fabricated bracket as per requiment etc. All complete as directed by the EIC.
