Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with a lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 50m as per Technical Specification as per SOR 2.1.1

Providing and laying in position in C.C. specified grade excluding the cost of centering, shuttering All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 ( 1 cement: 4 Coarse sand zone III : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm (nominal size)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density as per MORD specification 401

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadem specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical Mixer (Pug Mill) carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers in sub base/base course on a well prepared sub base and compacting with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting,barricating and maintenance of diversion,etc,as per tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406.

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to .30 kg per sqm on the prepared granual surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing and Laying bituminous Macadem with higher capacity hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specific grading premixed with bituminous binder transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade level and alignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction.

Providing and Laying bituminous Concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specific grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.40% of Mix and filler transporting the Hot Mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with senser control to the required grade level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeld vibratory and tendem rollers to acheive the desired construction as per MORT&H specification clause No.507 complete in all respects.
