Repairing of 350 LPM Oxygen Generation Plant including all allied electrical equipment’s at Sub District Hospital Bhaderwah. The job includes servicing and repairing of compressors [Comptech Mode; CTSD-60, Pressure 8 bar, Motor:45 kw] by way of Air filter change oil filter cleaning/change compressor cleaning, oil separator cleaning/change, compressor oil change, compressor motor repairing/replacement, Internal hose pipe check and replacement if needed), air separator Filter Change, rectifying compressor electrical faults, Check for air losses pf air dryers by way of cleaning Dryer, Replacement of auto drain valve, Refrigerator level check and top up(if required), checking/repair of mufflers, Check for leakage of In-line filters by checking filter functioning, filter element replacement, check for leakage for carbon filters, filter element replacement etc. Complete check of PSA plant by PLC panel cleaning, Replacement of UPS, Analyzer cleaning and checking, sensor calibration checking and change(if required), Molecular sieve level check, Cleaning of air and oxygen tank from outside, Cleaning and checking safety valves for any leakages. The job includes the cost of site visits, cost of material, labour charges, warranty of work for 01 year and all taxes.
