Stage 3:- Apply Dr Fixit Primeseal primer or Equivalent of STP Ltd (and allow to dry for 8 hours) all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 4:- Apply two coats of water proofing elastomeric coating system of Dr Fixit Raincoats with DFT 100 Micron or shalicry 215 of STP (The surface after painting one coats shall be allowed to dry of 6 hours before next coats) all as per Manufacturer's instructions. Stage 5:- Rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with Integral water proofing chemical Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or plaster seal of STP Ltd all as per Manufacture's instructions. Stage 6. All CI joints shall filled with mixture of cement fine sand and plaster seal of STP Ltd or Dr Fixit pidicrete URP all as per Manufacture's instruction. Stage 7:- Making holes in wall and fixing 600mm long 40mm dia medium grade GI spout for draining the surplus water if any Stage 8:- Carry out ponding test for 48 hours to ensure water tightness of repaired sunken portion.water tightness of repaired sunken portion and filling of sunken portion for cement concrete Type E2 1:5:10 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in lean concrete complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Only plan area shall be measured and accorded for payment under this item. (b) Depth of sunken portion of WC's/Baths shall be upto 35cm, which is to be taken into account while quoting the rate against this item. (c) Rate quoted by Contractor shall be deemed to be included for all the horizontal and verticale treated surfaces of sunken portions of WC & Bath.

M & L 9 to 10 mm thick glazed coloured ceramic tiles ( square/ rectangular) with border , area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in vertical surfaces such as skirting or dado set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for carry out application of Bi -polar migratory corrosion inhibitor (make, M/S Krishna conchem (EPCO KP -100) / BASF ( master protect 8000 CI) on RCC surfaces , complete all as spd and directed .( Note: Mode of measurment superficial area of concrete will be measured.)

M&L for Anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement using IPNET-RB of M/s Krishna Conchem or Epoxy Zinc Primer of M/s. Dr. Fixit by application on exposed reinforcement in two coats with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat. The application shall be done by brush after cleaning/wire brushing to the exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Mode of measurement: superficial area of concrete will be measured.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members using polymer modified mortar from M/s. Krishna Conchem (Molith PMM) OR Polymer mortar HB of Dr Fixit, while the bonding agent is still tacking upto 20mm thickness, including levelling, profiling etc, complete all as specified and directed.
