CONVERSION OF GI CHARPOY NYLON NEWAR INTO CHARPOY GI PIPE PLY WOOD TOP (FD-220)

Removing of unserviceable cotton newar and supply and fixing 12mm thick ply wood commercial BWR plywood ISI marked and fixing same with two nos of flat iron strip of size 900x32x5mm, bolts nuts and washers, bolts of size 5x65mm 12 nos round head bolts after dirlling three holes of each long rail and drilling two hole on each short rail and one hole in each flat iron complete all as directed including tightening of loose frame/fixing of loose charpoy GI pipe component to make the frame fit for fixing complete all as per specified and as direction by Engr-in-Charge. Removing of unserviceable elbow of charpoy GI pipe and S & F three way GI elbow 32mm medium grade ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable check nut of GI Charpoy and S&F new check nut 32mm bore 6mm thick suitable for charpoy GI pipe 32mm bore complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for removing the threadless/broken long rails from charpoy GI pipe 32mm and S & F new long rail of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade 1.88 mm long threaded at both ends and fixed to existing three way elbow 32mm dia and all shown on drawing Make : TATA /Jindal/BST/Prakash Surya

Taking out existing old broken short rail from charpoy GI 32 mm dia and providing in position 1 No short rail made out of broken long rail obtained from taking down above item No 6.04 including threading on both ends complete fixing all as specified and shown on drg (Note : U/S check nuts to be replaced in above item and measured and paid as supply only under relevant items.

Taking out existing old broken legs from charpoy GI 32mm dia and providing 01 No new leg in position made out of old broken short rail obtained from taking down above item No 6.05 and S & F 3mm thick and 40 mm dia MS plate welded at bottom of leg including threading on top and painting of MS plate with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR DINING (MAP with Cushion) FD/MAP-II/04

Opening of joints of damaged/ broken member of chair dining (MAP with cushion) where required for replacement including removing seat fabric on 12 mm plywood if necessary, polishing new parts with French polish including cleaning and preparation of the surface to match with existing surface etc. all as directed by Engr-in-charge S&F front leg (left or right ) made out with Ist class HW seasoned Teak wood of size and shape as per existing chair or as per Drg all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable elbow of charpoy GI pipe and S & F three way GI elbow 32mm medium grade ISI marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Opening the joints of Charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm where required and reassembleing incl provision at bottom of legs shall be plugged with 3mm thick 40 mm dia mild steel sheet welded to the bottom of legs and hard wood plugs shall not be provided.
