Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC door with shuitter; The construction profile shall be over all frame sectional size 60mmx58mm with wall thickness 2.7 (+/-) 0.2mm of extruded section; the corners shall be plastic welded; The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanised steel profile of wall thickness 1.2mm (+/-) 0.2mm; The door shall be fixed to walls using 8mm dia, 80mm long MS scrrews minimum 03 Nos on each side; The glazing shall be provided with 5mm thick sheet glass fixed to door frame with UPVC standard beading of sectional size 24.05x16mm & 2mm thick; The bottom portion of door shutter shall be provided with UPVC board of 5mm thick and 1.0m in height fixed with EPDM rubber gasket and the balance portion shall be provided with glazing excluding the shutter fram area; The shutter shall be fixed to frame with using 03 Nos of 3D hinge of suitable size, one multi point mortice lock with powder coated handle of suitable size alongwith atleast two numbers of keys and two numbers powder coated MS tower bolts of suitable size (Note: The door shall be provided complete all as per the manufacturer's instruction and as specifed and directed. The unit quoted rate shall deemed to be included the cost of sheet glass and PVC board and all other accessories)

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC white colour Three track three panels sliding window with fly proof S.S wire mesh (Two nos. glazed & one no. wire mesh panels) upto 1.50m height made of (big series) frame 116 x 45 mm & sash 46 x 62 mm both having wall thickness of 2.3 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead / double glazing bead of appropriate dimension. (Area of window above 1.75 sqm) comprising of uPVC multichambered frame, with inbuilt roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension of uPVC extruded glazing beads and uPVC extruded interlocks, EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) touch locks with hook, zinc alloy body with single nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 40 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality including glazing shall be provided with 5 mm thick plain/ frosted glass with appropriate size of beading as per the manfufacturer's specifications and stainless steel wire mesh 0.36mm nominal dia and average width of aperture 1.4mm shall be provided with each window shutter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F vanetian blind of approved make, roller type, zebra pattern using polyester/PVC/vinyle of approved colour/shade and pattern including operating arragements such as chord/thread, counter weight, connecting chain etc and necessary fittings complete all as specified and directed.

S & F UPVC partition consisting of 7mm thick coloured solid UPVC ply sheet reinforced with frame work made of 60mmx60mm casement frame including necessary drilling, jointing and fill the gap with necessary solvent and fixing with all required cleats, brackets, channels etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: The partition shall be disgned acording to the approval of GE and cost shall deemed to be included the cost of glass/PVC panelling as per the design)

S & F factory made UPVC ventilator, fixed type of approved colour with glazing all as per manufactuer's instructions and with following sections: (i) UPVC ventilator frame shall be made of UPVC materials confirming to IS-10151. The ventilator frame shall be made of extruded UPVC section having overall dimension 60mmx60mm and having wall thickness 2mm (+/- 0.10mm). (ii) The corners of wall frame shall be jointed by MS galvanised brackets joints mitred and plastic welded. (iii) The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanised MS tube of wall thickness 1mm (+/-0.10mm) and tie rod shall be provided at the bottom of the frame (iv) Provn for exhaust fan shall be catered in the frame. (v) Glazing shall be provided with 5mm thick frosted glass fixed with appropriate size of beading as per the manufacture's instructions. (Note: (i) The entire fixing shall be done as per the manufactuer's instructions and specifications and as directed by the Engr-inCharge). (ii) The unit rate quoted shall be included the cost of glas/wire netting and all other cennected acessories.)
