SH-I SUPPLY

Supply of 100 feet (30.50 Meter) height Flag Mast, Mast shaft shall be in three sections, hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity confirming to IS 875, the shaft shall be PU painted (Polyurethane) with a coating of etch primer, primer and PU paint with all contractor's materials, all accessories, labour, lead, lift,transportation, loading, unloading, all taxes etc., complete and as directed by engineering in charge with the following items (a) Mast shall be suitable for Indian Tri color Flag of size 9.15 Mtr.x 6.10 Mtr. (30feetx20feet) (b) System for raising lowering of Flag. It shall have double drum winch, 6mm dia galvanized wire rope and integral power tools for the raising and lowering of Flag. Suitable control panel shall be provided for reversing operation of power tool motor. (c) Supply of aviation system with 3C x 2.50 Sqmm Cu armoured cable. (d) Painting of 30.50 Mtr. Flag Mast PU painting of High Mast shaft with a coating of etch primer, primer and PU paint.

Supplying of hot dipped galvanized foundation bolts from special steel (TS 600N/Sq.mm) along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates confirming to IS/BIS.(FOR 30.5 Mtr. POLE)

Supply of double dome LED type Aviation Obstruction Light for Flag mast. Model No. HAVL 01 D 230, Make: Halonix or equivalent.

Supply of 5Mtr. high hot dip galvanised octagonal pole suitable to mount 2 nos.flood light fitting at top.

Supply of hot dipped galvanized foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers etc. (FOR 5 Mtr. POLE)

Supply of 350W LED Flood light having minimum Lumens system output of 38500 Lumens and maximum system wattage of 100 (+10%) Watt and housing should be high pressure die cast aluminium/standard alloy for out door application with toughened glass, luminairies efficiency minimum 110 Lumens per watt, IP 65 or higher, CRI minimum 70 and suitable for operating voltage range of 140-270 V, IK rating 07 or above, power factor >0.95, THD<10%, surge protection 4KV or higher, etc. complete as per technical specification for illumination of Flag mast to be mounted on 5 mtr pole.The fixture should comply with the other parameter as per IS10322

Supply of indian national flag of size 30Ft (L) X 20Ft (W) in 100% knitted Polyester (160gsm), double stitched on 03 sides & 4th side rope/toggle sleeve with double hemming.

Supply of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar fabricated out 14SWG CRCA sheet with 32A TPN MCB incomer, multifunction timer switch, 22A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with suitable contactors and raise lower push button, The Panel shall have 2KVA inverters suitable to work on 200v- 230v,50Hz input and 230v,50Hz out put along with SMF VRLA batteries to provide 30 minutes back up time and as per technical specification,approved list of make etc as required. Inverter and battery shall be accomodated in the control panel with proper air ventilation.(Agency shall finalise the make and dimensions of Inverter and battery bank before approving the general arrangement drawing of control panel).

Supply of following sizes of 1.1kv grade multicore Aluminium conductor XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured cable (as per IS : 7098:1988 with upto date amendments) complete as requried as per specifications.

Supply & Installation of Surge Protection Device Type 1/Class B with IP 65 Thermoplastic Enclosure Tested as per IEC 61643 Part 11:2011 in the main panel with following specification: Nominal voltage -230V 50/60Hz and MCOV ≥ 255 V , The Surge Protection Devices shall have TOV withstand (L-N/N-PE) ≥ 440 V for 120 min/1200 V for 200 ms. Lightning Impulse discharge current (L-N/N-PE) - 12.5 kA/50 kA (10/350µ sec) & Max Discharge current (L-N/N-PE) - 65 kA/100 kA (8/20µ sec). Follow Current: Not Allowed. Protective Elements are High Energy MOV & GDT and the Protection Modes for : 3 numbers of Type 1 + 2 SPD for connection between Phase and Neutral and one number of SPD between Neutral and Earth. Short- Circuit Current rating (Isccr) – 50 kA/50 Hz. Back up fuse shall be 315 AgG/gL. Health Status Indication required in all catridge and Remote monitoring facility. Total Response time (L-N/N-PE) < 25 ns / < 100ns.

SH-II : INSTALLATION ,TESTING AND COMMISSIONING

Construction of shallow foundation with M30 grade concrete for the 100 feet (30.50 Meter) height Flag Mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity (10T/SQM @ depth of 2 Mtr) at site at suitable depth with all materials and labour and Soil investigation etc. i/c Excavtion,Steel,RCC,Shuttering,Back filling complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Erection of the Flag Mast with the help of suitable equipments and assembly of operating system and Flag supplied.

ITC of the flood light fittings on 5mtr pole of all sizes and shapes complete with all accessories including connection etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required.

120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal)

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required.

3½ X 35 sq. mm (32 mm)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)
