Taking down existing roof treatment complete including demolition of PCC, Mud phuskas, lime concrete etc any description upto 200mm thick, and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes and removing the debris out side of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Eng- In-Charge.

Dismantling old unserviceable RCC / PVC water tank capacity exc 250 and not exc 500 litre and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L opening all visible cracks in V shape, cleaning properly with wire brushes, washed and filled with PU & cement mix (1:1.5) by volume grouting by nozzles by authenticated applicators carefully as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L padding in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm size graded stone aggregates) laid to average consolidated thickness of 30 mm to provide a proper slope of the RCC slab finished even and smoth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L applying, after drying the surfaces, three coats of fibre reinforced UV resistant elastomeric liquid water proofing & heat reflective coating with acrylic polymers and polysteral/ glass fiber with roller in both direction with a gap of 12 hrs @ 1 litre per Sqm over primer coat or as per the manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, brought up to a course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 20mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface of call in CM 1:4, mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only

M&L Dubbing out average 15 mm thick on irregular face of walls floating/ setting coat in CM 1:4 all as specified and as directed

M & L rendering 20 mm thick on Stone masonary surfaces or surface other than fair faces of brick work on wall in CM 1:4, mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only

S&F 500 Ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc complete all as specified in SSR Part I and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F 1000 Ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks double layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position & making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet & over flow pipe & provision of wash out pipe etc complete all as specified in SSR Part I and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply & fix 20mm bore ball valve high pressure with PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed. Note : min wt 210gms.

S&F 20mm bore gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head,screwed down, high pressure, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fitting, fixed to wall or concealed or fitted to ceiling or laid under floor incl taking up or down existing steel tubing complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair 20mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fitting, fixed to wall or concealed or fitted to ceiling or laid under floor incl taking up or down existing steel tubing complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair 25mm bore GI tubing medium grade with all fitting, fixed to wall or concealed or fitted to ceiling or laid under floor incl taking up or down existing steel tubing complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair 110 mm UPVC pipes, single socketed (type B conforming to IS-13592) in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wallls with and incl suitable size SS clamp complete all as specified & directed.

S & F of Rain Water Downtake pipelines fixing done with Pipe Supporting Clamping System having Rain Water Bracket Set with Support + U Bolt System - Rain Water Down take pipes 4" PVC - 1 no. running Vertical Fixed line from Terrace to Ground floor with wall distance 3": Pipe Support Clamping made of 1. Rain Water Bracket Set 4" x 3" made of Low Carbon Hot Roll gauge corrected Oil Pickeled & Drawn (HROP D) Steel (IS 1079); material size 32 mm x 3 mm with ribs and notch are Hot Dip Galvanzied + Zn Al Flake coated having Salt Spray Test (Test method - ASTM B-117-2019) result above 2000 hrs. and U bolt R/M are made of low carbon mild steel with Rod diameter 7 mm approx.; Zn Al Flake coated with noise absorbing transparent ribbed silicon rubber sleeve; with Hex Flange Nut BSW 5/16 x 18 x 8 x 13 with Serration set as per DIN 6923 - Zn Al Flake coated.
