Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) with complete fittings such as switches, ceiling rose, regulator, sockets etc. and removing materials to the store for keeping in safe custody for re-use at site and making good distrubed surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Point wiring for one light point or fan point controlled by one switch with 1.50 Sqmm, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS single core, multi-stranded, copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts fire resistance ISI, drawn in and including PVC casing and capping, fire resistance, ISI marked, fixed surfaces of walls and ceilings, terminated in and including rectangular PVC board for mounting fitting/ switches/ sockets and 1.50 Sqmm, copper conductor, multi-stranded, FRLS as earth continuity wire connected to earth terminal, including making good to disturbed surface as matching to existing descriptions/ specifications, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : (a) Any other replacement of major items shall be measured and paid under respective items of schedule 'A'. (b) Repairing upto 4 points at a time in each qtr without any material will be considered as one complaint and for more than 4 points at a time, two complaint/visit shall be considered.
