Fabrication, erection, grouting plinthing and painting of Substation type double pole structure on 11 M S.T.P along with earthing of poles providing top channels of size 100x50x2240 mm, MS Dropper channel 100x50x2000 mm with D.O. arrangement including mounting of clamps with nut & bolts, 11 kV Pin Insulator with pin poles will be planted on Stone pad of size 300x300x75 mm, Danger board (Only STP and Pin Insulator will be provided by the deptt All other materials and T&P will be provided by the contractor as per estimate/package or requirement of site.)

Fabrication, erection, grouting and plinthing of Single pole structure on 8.5 M PCC along with earthing of pole (Only PCC will be provided by the deptt All other materials and T&P will be provided by the contractor as per estimate/package or requirement of site.)

Laying Stringing & sagging of 3 Phase 3 wire 11 KV New Line on ACSR Wessel/Dog/raccoon/Rabbit conductor as per RESPO Specification and direction on E/I. All material except ACSR weasel/raccoon/Rabbit conductor shall be supplied by the contractor.

Proper laying & commissioning of (3x50/3X95/3X120 sq.mm) Aerial Bunched Conductor. Only ABC Provided by deptt.

Well type/Bore type earthing of with 60 Fit Deep boring and providing GI Pipe 1.5" dia ("B" Class) and earthing must be joint by G.I. Strip of 32x5 mm thick long attached with nut & bolts and GI pipe cap. All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor.

Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.2 mtr with the help first class brick & masonry in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. Filling the structure completely per norms with RCC to 1:2:2 cement & stone grit with MS bar and MS channel for resting transformer.

Construction of retaining wall, fabrication & erection of Wiremesh fencing of size 5+3 &2.0 M height around Transformer and Distribution Pillar Box with retaining wall & 1 no. gate with locking arrangement made of MS Angle iron of size 50x50x6 mm jointed with nuts and bolts. The panel must be supported with MS Flat of size 50x6 mm. Wire mesh of size 10 SWG rectangle type, its painting as per norms of RESSPO. (All the material, labour and T&P will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost)

Construction of masonry/metallic type distribution pillar of size 1x1.5x2.5 mtr. with supply & fixing of fabricated 4 nos. doors (2ft.x4ft.) made of BP sheet of 18 SWG with locking arrangement, 2 Nos. Straight MS angle 50x50x6mm (1800 mm long) 3 Nos. 300 Amp Henley Type tailless fuse Unit, 3 Nos copper bus bar of size 1000x50x6 mm and one No. Alum busbar 1000x50x6 mm including all civil material required for work. All material shall be supplied by contractor.

Fabrication, errection & commissioning of 250 KVA T/F on Plinth with all accessories. All material except 250 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Installation, commissioning of 250 KVA Transformer including its connection in between 11 kV line and LT line mounting of copper L-Pieces 300X65X6 mm, Providing Aluminium Crimping lugs of size 400 Sq. mm. (All the material except transformer and cables will be arranged by the contractor)

Laying of 3X70 sq.mm 11 KV XLPE cable by drill method (single circuit) as per RESPO Norms. Only 11 KV XLPE cable supplied by Department.

Dismantling of old VCB and safe carriage of central store/JE Store.

Installation of New VCB

Cable Hosting of 11/33 KV 3x70/3x185/3x300 sq. mm XLPE Cable at the following including jumpering etc complete with help of GI Pipe as Per RESPO Norms. GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by contractor.

High pressure testing of 11/33 KV 3x70/3x185/3x300 XLPE cable along with arrangement of High Pressure equipment.

Laying of LT PVC cable of size 3.5X240/1x400 Sq. mm in between T/F and distribution pillar box to LT Pole its proper connection & jumpering. (Only cable will be provided by the department)

Erection or stays with stay set of 16X1800 mm rod duly painted with red oxide, anchor plate, thumble turn buckle and stay insulator etc. digging of pit of size 0.4X0.6X1.6m for grouting by 1:3:6 cement concrete, with stay of size 7/10 swg, nuzzling & grouting. (Only Stay wire will be provided by the department)

Fabrication, erection, grouting, plinthing and painting of cable stand upto the height of 2.5 M from ground level with MS angle of size 65x65x6 mm for hoisting of 11 kV/LT cable. (All the material, labour and T&P will be arranged by the contractor)
