The door panels shall be of 50 mm thick teakwood planks with ornamental carving designs approved by the Executive Engineer.The lock rail shall be of 200 x 50 mm thick teakwood frame.The doors and shutters shall be finished with two coats of best quality Melamine polish.the rate is inclusive of best approved teakwood,brass hinges,brass tower bolts,brass Aldrop,Door stopper,brass screws etc. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, Labour charges, Conveyance Charges, fixing charges,carving charges, electricity charges and all other incidental Charges, etc.. All materials should be gor approved by the Executive Engineer in charge before use on work.

Supply & fixing of WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) Frame extruded with size 75mm x 50mm. The single core door made of rigid WPC compound with minimum Bulk Density of 900 KG/ Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. Supply & fixing of WPC door shutter, extruded as a single core board with rigid WPC compound with the thickness of 25mm (+/- 1mm) & minimum Bulk Density of 550 KG/ Cub.Mt. & shore hardness of 55. For the aesthetic appearance, the door shall be a printed digitally on one side of the shutter and the design is as decided by the Engineer in-Charge of the department. Grill for openings corridor side ladder, Entrance Gate and Name Board angles etc., using M.S. flats for inner and outer members which should be fixed as directed by the departmental officers including cost of providing one coat of red oxide primer. The design of MS Grill should be got approved from the departmental officers before use on work.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of STEEL DOOR [SINGLE LEAF] with the following specification MS angels of size 40x40x6mm are used for the outer frames and M.S. angles of size 35x35x6mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm M.S flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18-gauge C.R. sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. M.S. flat 18x5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm M.S. flat sandwitching the C.R. sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18x5mm M.S. flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter, 3nos. of hinges in case of single leaf and 6nos. of hinges in double leaves shutter to be provided 6nos. of holdfasts 120 mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Providing and fixing Acoustic wall Panelling (equivalent ot Armstrong) in channelled wood works perforated panels of width 192mm, thickness of 15mm and length of 2400mm or as per required by the Departmental Engineer made of a high density fibre board with minimum 725 kg./m3 density substrate with a laminated facing as per the approved shade and finish and a melamine balancing layer on the reverse side. The boards shall have a special peforation pattern where the visible surface has a "Helmholtz"fluted perforation of 3mm width and 21mm of visible panel each. The edges of the panels shall be "tongue" and grooved" to receive special clips for installation. The back of the perforated panel shall have sound absorbing not woven acoustical fleese having NRC of 0.52. The panels shall be mounted on special aluminium splines using clips provided by Armstrong and approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. complete.

Providing Wall Panelling using one side teak wood sheet with melamine polishing with following specification. The frame using aluminium tubular section of size 50mm x 25mm x 2mm thick fixing horizontally and vertically in position with wall at interval of 0.60m in both directions, fixing water proof plywood of 12mm thick over the aluminium frame work with necessary screws. One side teak wood sheet of 3.5mm thick will be fixed over the plywood using fevicol and finishing with melamine polishing and the rate inclusive of conveyance to site and labour charges and as directed by the Departmental Officers. Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for Staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between. The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100x100x6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete with necessary supporting arrangements the hand rail in floor polishing buffing, bonding, cutting, grinding, conveyance, welding charges, electrical charges etc., complete.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of 20mm thick with machine cut edges of size below 2'0"x2'0" laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Providing Polymer Coating (Water Proof Coating) for sunken Portion of toilet with following specification and the surface shall be cleaned to remove all dust, foreign, matters lose materials or any other deposits of contamination by rubbing with wire brush. Slurry: Dry blend and polymer liquid blend shall be mixed into the desired ratio as per recommendation of the supplier. The mix shall be stirred throughly until no bubbles remain in the mix. Any lumps found in mix shall be removed. Apply first coat of polymer modified cementitious slurry by brush on wet cleaned surface. The foundation of the platform height is 1.2Mtr above from the ground level with necessary masonry steps.
