Scarifying existing bituminous surface to a depth of 50 mm by mechanical means (Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.)

Clearing & Grubbing: Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to beused or auctioned up to lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness.

Removing all type of hume pipes and stacking within a lead of 1000 metres including earthwork and dismantling of masonry works. ( C ) Above 900mm dia pipe

Earthwork in subgrade & Earthen Shoulder:Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table (300-2) (a), ( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt. (a) From Private Land.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per cl. 401 (Including cost of testing of materials at siteand laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (ii) for Grading -II Material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, habd packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages toproper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the intertices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the reqd. density. A. By Manual means ii. Grading-II (c) Using Screening type B(11.2mm Agg.)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, habd packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages toproper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding material to fillup the intertices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the reqd. density. Prime Coat: Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means.( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt). (i) Low Porosity.

Tack Coat: Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam:Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler transporting the hot miox to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no. 507. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt. (A) with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for Grading II (19mm nominal size)

Tack Coat: Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom.( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.)

Bituminous Concrete:Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.509. complete in all respect. (including carriage of mixed materials up to 10.0 Km initial lead from mixing plant )( Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) (A) (I) with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen (ii) for Grading-II (13mm nominal size)

Removal of Telephone / Electric Poles and Lines (Removal of telephone / Electric poles including excavation and dismantling of foundation concrete and lines under the supervision of concerned department, disposal with all lifts and up to a lead of 1000 metres and stacking serviceable materials and unserviceable materials separately.)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes and conforming to the MoSrt&H specifications

Providing reflective pavement marker with Micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body adhering to the specification and guidelines of MoSRT&H's fixed to the road surface using the adhesives and the procedures recommanded by the manufacturers with three months replacement warranty and free maintenance.

Planting of trees and their Maintenance for three Year: Planting of trees by the road side (Avenue trees) in 0.60 m dia holes, 1 m deep dug in the ground, mixing the soil with decaying farm yard/sludge mannure, planting the saplings, backfilling the trenches, watering, fixing the tree guatrd and maintaining the plants for three year.
