Material and labour for carry out the leak test on complete refrigeration system (Indoor & Out door unit) by charging the dry nitrogen gas & hold up to 24 hrs and rectifying the leakage, if any, by bracing /welding /replacing the "O" ring and other worn out parts of refrigerant line etc... including Vacuumising complete system of Package Type Ductable Air-Conditioning plant with double stage vaccum pump of 29 inches of mercury pressure after repairs/replacement of compressor or repair in Refrigeration System, including charging the refrigerant Gas for following plants all as specified & directed:-

22 TR Capacity Note for Item Nos. 3 to 3.5 : i) New Refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relavant items. However the T & P and labour charge deemed to include the unit rate quoted above ii) Once the Gas charged in it, it should hold in the system minimum six months, if any gas leaked from the system the contractor has to charge the gas upto required level for free of cost and no extra cost on this account shall be claimed. iii) leakage test on each complete unit shall be measured separately

Supply only Compatible Ozone friendly (Non CFC) R-22 refrierant gas as approved by GE.

Material and labour for taking down the burnout / defective scroll type compressor from the outdoor unit and replace with factory made compressor of same type, make and model including necessary welding/brazing, refixing and charging with dry Nitrogen gas, pressure/leak testing, arresting the leakage by brazing and vacumming, gas charging , testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed for the following capacity AC plants:- Make : Danfoss/copeland/as per existing make in plant.
