GANTRY SIGNAGE: The signage is a combination of 304grade Stainless Steel Square Tubular Frame and 304 grade stainless steel clamps of size 50x6mm with 4mm composite panel fixed to it. The text & pictorials digitally printed on cube corner micro prismatic grade DG3 4000 series sheeting confirming to Type Xl standards of IRC: 67:2012 specification & pasted over 4 mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel. Text in Odia, English. The foundation to be made up off m25 concrete mix.

GANTRY:

Earth work in excavation in hard soil with initial lead &lift etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Filling F&P with filling sand, well-watered and rammed, including cost & royalty of sand etc.comp.as directed by the Engg.in charge

PCC (1:3:6) with 40mm size CBHG metal including all cost, conveyance, royalty etc. complete as directed by the Eng.in charge

RCC works of M25 grade with 20mm & downgraded BHGC broken chips including all cost of shuttering, conveyance, royalty of all materials etc. complete as directed by the Eng.in charge.

Steel reinforcement (GRADE FE 500-HYSD) for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete as directed by the Eng.in charge.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with connecting plate, nuts ,bolts and all required fittings including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying priming and finishing coat of approved make all complete with following specs: Gantry Frame with: Base Plate- 12 mm thick with nuts and bolts and 150 mm dia 5.4 mm thick MS pipe Back support frame with vertical clearance of 6.31 m at bottom.

JUNCTION SIGNAGES: The signage structure is a combination of a Mild Steel Iron Tubular pipe of 150x 150mm x 4.80mm with capping, composite aluminium of 4mm panel flags with and text digitally printed on cube corner micro prismatic grade DG3 4000 series sheeting confirming to Type Xl standards of IRC:67:2012 specification & fixed over 4 mm thick Aluminium Composite Panel. The foundation to be made up off m25 concrete mix. Text in Odia, Hindi, English. Location: As per requirement.

ROAD SIGNAGE STANDEE TYPE : Supplying & fixing of road signage standee type made out 76.2 x 38.1mm x 2.0mm & supporting and braces 25mm x 25mm x 3.2mm 304 grade stainless steel tubular pipe covered with 4mm thick aluminium composite panel as per the colour & design with MS Base plate of 12mm thick printed logo in (Eng.,odia) cube corner micro prismatic grade DG3 4000 series sheeting confirming to Type Xl standards of IRC:67:2012 specification on 4mm Aluminium Composite Panel over which alphabets and numerals are made Digitally printed with MCS Warranty laminated film as per colour and design.
