Demolition of cement concrete un reinforced in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base flooring average 25 mm thick surface finished even and rough (as in levelling course) to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of design as approved 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick on vertical surface such as dado / skirting / risers to steps etc jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match surface of tiles over and including rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note- (i) The size of tiles (except thickness) may be varied during execution without any price adjustment.

M & L coloured vitrified tiles Light shade 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polish area of each tiles n exc 0.36 Sqm coloured cut to required size set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles as in floor incl 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured vitrified tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polish area of each tiles n exc 0.36 Sqm coloured cut to required size set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles but in vertical surfaces incl 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, of any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on RCC ceiling surface and finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for applying 2mm thick Birla / JK Putty in two layers on newly plastered walls surfaces making absolutely even and smooth, rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper on wall or concrete surfaces over & including a coat of primer on prepared surfaces including, rubbing with sand paper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 12 mm thick plain Gypsum Board False Ceiling with GI frame including all necessary drilling cutting to fix electric items complete all as specified and directed with following:- (a) GI Grid channel 30x25x20 mm of 24 gauge fixed with rawl plug and screw 450 mm centre to centre alongwith perimeter walls. (b) GI channel made to shape 50x40x40 mm of 24 gauge placed @ 600 mm centre to centre from perimeter at wall except long wall (in one span). (c) GI intermediate runners of size 45x10x10 mm of 24 gauge fixed @ 1200 mm centre to centre leaving frame of one side walls (in other span). Dismantling the power supply of electric motor any type including dismantling from pump and taking to workshop with necessary transportation and opening the complete motor and rewinding the rotor with super enameled copper wire as per the existing gauge with necessary insulation, sticks and varnishing, including replacement of shaft bearing 02 Nos and motor terminals plate/cable ducts complete of capacity 30 HP including painting complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Straightening the slot of starter of submersible motor of any make (c) Replacement of thrust washer and bearing complete of submersible motor of any make. (d) Replacement of worn-out bushes of submersible motor as per manufacturers design and specification.
