M&L for reinforced cement concrete, M-30 (Design mix), using 20mm and below graded stone aggregate as in roof beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete, M-30 (Design mix), using 20mm and below graded stone aggregate as in chajjas etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls etc. including racking out of joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and removing the debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick/ concrete surface mixed with water proofing compound and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply only of water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for preparation of new surface and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old treated surface of walls and applying two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint (Apex Ultima of Asian or equivalent of other specified makes) of shade as approved complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised steel water tubing 15mm bore medium grade including provision of all pipe fittings such as bends, tees, elbows, reducers, unions, plugs, sockets etc. fixed to walls, concealed in walls/ ceilings or laid in floors etc. including taking up or down the existing GI tubing complete all as specified and directed.
