I/We agree to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by me/us in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract.

I/We agree to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by me/us in accordance with Special conditions and other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.

Tenderers must enclose scanned and valid copy of their credential for the tendered item alongwith their offer alongwith all the documents required as per clause 2 of schedule of reqirement.

In case of multi items or single item with multi consignee, the inter se ranking of offers will be decided separately for the individual item and for each consignee.

This item is reserved to be purchase only from small scale industries registered with NSIC. The offer of SSI units registered with NSIC for the particular item will only be considered. SSI units registered with NSIC should participate in tender directly enclosing valid copy of NSIC certificate and offer from their agents will not be considered. Offers of NON-NSIC registered firms will be considered only incase suitable offer of NSIC registered firm is not available.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
