PROVISION OF HARDSTANDING FOR B VEHICLE REPAIR AREA OF 184 (I) FD WORKSHOP COY EME AT NIMU MIL STN UNDER AGE (I) NIMU

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means in all kind of soils (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) includinggetting out and disposal ofexcavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard and dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exc 5 tonne but not exc 8 tonne complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for taking out pipe line etc for repairs / laying cables etc and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated material [soil] to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed agg 150 mm thick over rammed earth as in sub base of hard standing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Sand cushioning 25mm thick under paving blocks incl watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
