EXCAVATION WORKS

Normal mix Ratio 1:2:4 for M15 compressive strength.

Plain Cement Concrete (PCC) work at base of equipment footings on 100 % full rate at nominal ratio of 1:3:6 or minimum M10 Compressive strength.

Supply & erection of steel rods of all sizes for RCC works as per design.

Water Bound Macadam(Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to WBM specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tons in stages to proper grade camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density)

Cable trenches with 1:2:4 PCC work including supply and fabrication of 4 mm steel cover as per design of following sections:-

DISMANTLING OF EXISTING SWITCHYARD EQUIPMENT

Dismantling, unloading, and relocating the ICT from the transformer platform to the designated area within the substation switchyard, including the dismantling of associated switchgear, support structures, and power and control cables, as required to facilitate ICT augmentation.

Demolishing RCC work including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material
