M & L for roof treatment with APP based polymeric membrane, 3mm thick (minimum), weighting 3.5 Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm) shall be applied over and including applying one coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 confirming to IS-702 @ 1.2 Kg per sqm over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.3 ltre per Sqm surface, applicatioin of APP modified membrane shall be by torch application . The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on logitudinal direction. Complete removal of existing bituminous felt treatment over roof surfaces including wire brushing, cleaning surfaces and removing malba out of Def land exc 0.50 KM but n.exc 1.50 KM and complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs cast copper alloy chromium plated health faucet of make Jaguar Cat Part ALDCHR565 or equivalent from plumber, Marc or Prayag including 1m long easy flex tube & hook complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for removing loose and broken concrete by chiseling / picking etc upto a depth of 80 to 100mm from columns, beams and similar structural members, cutting edges, clearing the dismantled portion with wire brushes etc., to remove dust, dirt and other foreign particles etc., and washing with clean water with pressure including necessary scaffolding and removal of debris to a distance n.exc 50m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying one coat epoxy bonding agent @ 2.6 sqm/lit or as per manufactures instruction to old concrete surfaces of columns, beams and similar structural members complete all as specificed and as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make Nitobond EP of Fosroc or equivalent

M&L for spraying curing compound as per manufactures instruction on freshly cast concrete surfaces all as specified. Make : Concure WB white of Fosroc or equivalent.

Supplying and fixing for aluminium composite panel work using frame work fixed aluminium section of size 50 x 25 box section vertically and 38x 25 mm horizontally as per manufacturer's instructions, L angle cleats to fix the above ALU frame, fabricating and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape of approved shades made oout of 4 mm thick alumium composite panel (consisiting of 3 mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwitched between two alumiunm sheets each of 0.5 mm thick). (iii) General cleaning of complete AC plant, premetallic filters, cooling towers and surrounding area is the contractors responsibility. (iv) Daily routine checking of electric connections of all components, refrigerent, gas leaking etc, if any. If any major repair / breakdown same shall be brought to the notice og JE (E/M) and Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) All opertator should be ITI holder with 02 years experience in the operation of AC plant. (v) FOL and lubericants shall be issued by the department from the store yard of AGE (E/M) store yard. It will be the contractor's responsibility for filling of oil / lubericant in tghe fuel tank of DG set.

(vi) Empty containers shall be refunded by the contractor to the MES strore at Gorakhpur. (vii) All operator shall wear proper uniform as approved by the GE. (viii) Contractor will deploy additional man power for rest / releave. (ix) For penal recobvery on account of non operation of installation / absent of operators from duty etc the recovery @ double of minimum wages rates as publisehed by the Govt shall be applicable. (x) Proper handing / taking over of operator to be done on shift rotation and operator should not leave the plant till arrival of next operator. (xi) Stationary for maintenance of records and documentation shall be the contractor's responsibility (Daily Log sheet, Attendance register, Wages regsiter, consumption of fuel etc) (xii) Insurance of all operators shall be the contractor's responsibilty. (xiii) Contractor shall submit the nominal roll of persons to be employesd alongwith qualification / experience certificate, police verification, Identification certificate to the Engineer-in-Charge before the commencement of plant operation. (xiv) It will the contractor's responsibility to operate the DG set and plants for proper functioning of AC plant . At the time of power failure and to maintain the system functional as per the users requirements. (xv) The payment to the persons empleyed for manning shall be done only in the Aadhar Link Bank Account. (xvi) Contractor shall also provide portable fire extinguisher of required capacity and qty at installation. (xvii) Contractor shall arrange training of one month for operation and maintenance to MES tradesman as directed by the GE.
