Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade (New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.28 ltr/10 sqm) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10 sqm)

Coal tarring two coats on new work using 0.16 Litre and 0.12 litre coal tar per sqm in the first coat and second coat respectively.

Provision for Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade (Two or more coats on new work)

Providing reinforced by organic fibres and/or inorganic synthetic fibres cement 6 mm thick corrugated sheets (as per IS: 14871) roofing up to any pitch and fixing with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia. G.I. plain and bitumen washers or with self-drilling fastener and EPDM washers etc. complete (excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses), including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required

Providing ,Erecting and dismantling (after completion of all works)New double bamboo scaffold(Bamboos to be min75mmdia) with verticals @1.2 mt.inner as well as outer faces & horizontals braces at every1 mt.' as directed by the Engineer ?in- Charge for the use till completion of work ..The scaffolding should have a provision for continuous working platform @ 6'-0" c/c in height at comfort levels for the men and artisans to work, constructed by aides and such aides to be strutted diagonally to prevent from buckling under the weight of men and materials, which is150mmto225mmaway from the wall or any projection of the wall. For payment, the scaffold height will be measured elevational area (both faces shall be considered as one length and in height1 mt.from topmost working platform level).

Raking out joints of stone masonry surface to the required width and depth with due care and precaution by mechanical/manual means, including preparing and cleaning the surface for re-pointing /refilling of joints, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mtr. Lead etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge of work.

Provision for modified Cementous (PMC) joint sealant with 8% polymer loading .The sealant mix should be Ordinary Portland cement (OPC) khandolite stone dust and acrylic based polymer emulsion in the ratio of 1:2 by weight appropriate dose of Non shrink compound .The solid resin content in the acrylic based resin emulsion should be minimum of 40 %.

Providing, mixing and applying SBR polymer (of approved make @ minimum 2% by wt. of cement used) modified plain/reinforced cement concrete for structural members having minimum characteristic compressive strength [with ordinary portland cement, coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size in proportion as per design criteria] with specified average thickness. (50 mm thick in Grade M25 with cement content not less than 330 kg per cum)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Provision for Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Provision for 20mm of plaster mix in Ratio (1cement :6 coarse sand ) with all complete as per direction of Engineer -in-charge

Providing and laying Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete ( Hot finished welded type tubes). .Detailed Drawing to be submitted before execution of work
