Strip opening of motor of submersible pump of capacity 5 to 7.5 HP and rewinding the motor with copper conductor of standard size including insulation and soldering of connection etc. Assembly of motor with pump set with necessary studs, bolts, washers etc and repair of pump set , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Strip opening of motor of submersible pump of capacity 17.5 HP and rewinding the motor with copper conductor of standard size including insulation and soldering of connection etc. Assembly of motor with pump set with necessary studs, bolts, washers etc and repair of pump set , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair of pumping set of capacity 17.5 HP with replacement of the following:

Impeller (Brass)

Pump Shaft

Thrust Bearing

Water Seal

Repair to Dozing system for disinfection of water supply treatment by replacement of injector, injectoir nozzle, dose controller and replacement of overflow pipe , delivery pipe and inlet pipe and testing the same after carrying out the repair work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Rewinding of burn out motor of 120 watts single phase for dozing system with copper conductor of standard size including insulation and soldering of connection etc. Assembly of motor with necessary studs, bolts, washers etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only calcium based granular hypochlorite disinfctant for water treatment in a container of capacity 45 kg with minimum 65 to 70% chlorine content of any make approved by the GE/ Engineer in Charge. The Contractor shall provide the test certificate from the approved manufacturer for the authenticity and gurantee of the product deliverd, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair/Rewinding of monoblock/Booster pump set of cap 5/7.5/10 HP 3-phase 415 Volts suitable for circulation water/distribution system with copper conductor of standard size including insulation and soldering of connection etc. with necessary studs, bolts, washers etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & laying of Submersible cable 10 Sqmm 3 core and connecting with the pumping set motor carefully including taking down the existing cable , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing dosing pump 230 V,50HZ, single phase AC suitable for of max flow rate 4 Lph min flow 40 mlph max injection pressure 5.5 kg/Sq cm speed adjustment 0 to 100 stroke per minute, manual/automatic speed control with flow rate adjustable form 0 to 100%, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of steel water tubing medium grade galvanised ( ISI marked) with all fittings( such as bends elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plug, unions etc) , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge of following sizes:-

Supply only testing kit for testing of residual chlorine in water and reagent complete all as specified.

Supply only Cast iron pipes of 80mm Dia with flanged ends and drilled, centrifugally cast, class B.

Supply and fixing Gun-metal, globe or gate valves,50mm, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed

Supply and fixing of cast iron sluice valve ISI marked 80 mm dia class PN 1.6 flanged with gun metal spindle including all fittings such as nuts , bolts, washers tec with iron wheel confirming to IS: 780/14846 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of printing of Water supply Distribution Line diagrams on flex fixed in metal frame of size 1.5m x 1m and duly fixed on the wall by removing old flex board , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The line diagram to be printed on the flex shall be obtained from Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of sign Board made of metal frame of size 1m x 0.6m and metal sheet of minimum thickness 3mm duly painted and name of installation written on the sign board by removing the old sign board. Note: The stand made of angle iron for fixing of sign board and the PCC work gor fixing the stand in the ground are deemed to be inclusive of item , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Notice board of size 1m x 0.6m x 0.2m made of soft board wood and 12mm thick cotton cloth over the wood duly fixed on the wall with necessary arrangement , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of First aid kit Box made of High grade GI Metal with front trasparent glass, Metal frame painted in red and white colour and duly fixed on the wall with necessary arrangement , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only first aid medical kit containing adhessive bandages, crepe bandages, tapes, antibiotic treatment application,pain relief gel, antiseptic appliation, burn dressing gel soaked, burn treatment cream, gloves, scissors, Paracip tablets- 10 Nos and soaking cotton etc , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair of LT Panels including necessary welding, fixing with new hinges of door, nuts, bolts and other necessary items as required on site , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of repair of electrical panel of pump House including replacement of indicater lamp, switch, Phase sequencer, contacter, MCB, Relay of appropriate rating etc to make electric panel fully functional, complete in all respect as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exc 1.5mtr in depth for laying GI pipe line in hard / dense soil and getting out , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Returning filling in and inclduding spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and deposting where directed at a level not exc 1..5 mtr above the starting point , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacment of MCCB four pole 63 AMP 415 volts, 50 HZ breaking capacity not less than 25KA. thermal magnetic release, adjustable overload 80-100% and fixed short circuit confirming to IS/IEC 60947-2 complete with spreader links , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacment of MCCB four pole 100 AMP 415 volts, 50 Hz breaking capacity not less than 25KA. thermal magnetic release, adjustable overload 80-100% and fixed short circuit confirming to IS/IEC 60947-2 complete with spreader links , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
