Shifting of furniture, equipment, modular furniture, board/ wall hangings, computers and printers etc., from 2nd floor of BSB (Building Science block) to New Annex building for Computer science department as per the following terms and conditions- 1. Detailed list of items to be shifted (room wise ) is attached in Annexure I, II and III 2. The items shall be packed properly before shifting to the new facility. 3. Items requiring dismantling and assembling shall be done so by the packing and moving agency without any additional claim. 4. Shifting work shall be completed within the specified period. No additional payment will be made if the department concerned wishes to extend the period of work. 5. Necessary passes for the workers shall be obtained by the agency before executing the work. 6. Adequate skilled labour shall be engaged for shifting work 7. All Covid 19 protocols shall be strictly followed while engaging the labour for shifting. 8. The packing and moving agency will be responsible for any damage occurring while shifting the items. 9. The rate is inclusive of packing and moving the items in the cupboard/book shelf, chair, modular furniture, allied accessories of equipment / computer/ printer etc., 10. Agency should ensure proper stacking / placing of items in the new rooms as per the requirement of the department concerned 11. Materials listed in the annexures shall be shifted to the new building without damaging the floors and other infrastructure of the new/ existing building. 12. In the event of damages to the items shifted and the infrastructure facilities, the agency shall compensate the damages as per the assessed value of the items claimed by the department concerned. 13.The quoted rate is inclusive of GST @ 18%
