Supply and fix in repairs 3000 Litres rotational moulded PVC tank in position at any location on top of the building including removing existing tank disconnecting all incoming and out going connections, provision of new fittings suitable up to 80mm bore GI pipe all as per existing requirements all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs bib tap fancy type 15 mm bore ,CP cast copper alloy with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down for iron pipe or for brass ferrule all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Brass CP mixer for mixing hot & cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs over head shower rose of 125mm dia with or without shivel joints complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs angular stop valve cast copper alloy ,screwed down ,high pressure or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union and fix of size 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair concealed stop valve suitable for 15mm bore GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair chromium plated brass health faucet (hand shower) with 8 mm dia with 1 mtr long flexibale tube wall mounted / hooked complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth, wall tiling (fixed at any portion but not backing ) including cement mortor bedding and removing rubbish off the premises (outside MD land)

M&L for 300 X 450 X 7mm thick coloured glazed ceramic tiles as in vertical surface, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement match to existing surface ,over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular ) area of each tiles exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11sqm in floors etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement match to existing including screed bed or beeding of layers 15 mm thick cement mortar in 1:6 for laying of floor finish all as specified.

Supply and fix in repair white rectangular PVC water storage tanks (Loft tank) of capacity following sizes including 20 mm bore ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for inron pipe and fixed (minimum weight 210 grms ) including fixing 03 Nos tank nipples of GI with washer for out let and inlet all as per manufacturers instructions including disconnecting service connections/over flow pipes and removing old tank to store complete all as specified and directed. Cleaning of loft tanks of following capacities upto 500 ltrs in existing position by removing out the residual water from the tank, removing dirt, cleaning the internal surfaces of the tank with high pressure controlled water jet pump by using different nozzles as per requirement.
