ADDITION/ ALTERATION TO CONCERTINA COIL AND BARBED WIRE FROM MES BLOCK 2 TO MULLA AUDITORIUM AT NAVY NAGAR, COLABA, MUMBAI

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, any description, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc including disposal of debris out side the MoD land etc complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and plastering '15mm average thickness with premixed readymade cement mortor of approved brand / make,manufactured in automated dry mix batching plant where cement ,sand and polymer additive are mixed in pre-determined ratio(as per manufacturer specification ). In one coat. 6 to 7 liter portable water (as per manufacturer specification )shall be added to 40 kg of readymix dry mortor mixing G.I tray and shall be mixed well for 4-5 minutes.The mortor shall be left undisturbed for 3-5 minutes to dissolve additive and shall be mixed once again to form cohesive and consistent mix"

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including disposal of debris out side the MoD land etc complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & Labour Brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean raddius built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced of any description and at any position including disposal of debris out side the MoD land etc complete as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/kerbs including necessary form work including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

M & L Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.

M&L MS plate plain/ Chequered of required thicknes over as in manhole cover fixed to angle iron frame with three No of hinges and 150mm handle. complete all as specified.

Preparaing of old steel surfaces of any description and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.
