S.I.T.C. of 1 No. minimum 600 kVA , 415V, 3 phase,1500 R.P.M, 0.8 PF water/ coolant cooled, floor mounted Diesel Generator set with electronic governor and brush less alternator self excited and self regulated and acoustic enclosure & all accessories including supply & installation of Engine control panel with meters , CTs & transducers for all metering and protection, Antivibration mountings, residential type silencer, turbo charged after cooled, electric starter, batteries & battery charger, radiator, control wiring, first fill of lubricating oil, & Diesel for testing & commissioning at site & all spares & accessories, including sufficiently rated cooling system so as to obtain the full capacity of genarator as required complete with necessary civil work such as grouting, chipping, finishing etc.as required complete but without foundation. The work should be as per Central Electrical Inspectorate/ Pollution control boards standards.

Supply and installation of 990 Ltr day service Fuel Tank capacity with level indicator, level switches,

Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of exhaust piping of 250mm dia size MS B Class exhaust pipes, SS belwo, bends, silencer insulation with welding joint including bends, clamps, dash fastener, flanges, nuts, bolts, insulation of exhaust pipe using 50 mm thick loosely bound resin mattress/mineral wool/rock wool density not less than 120 kg/mtr cube, wire chicken mesh over insulation and cladding aluminium sheet of 0.6 mm thick etc. complete as required and as per specifications.

Design, supply & fixing of self supporting MS structure suitable for pipes for exhaust of DG sets complete etc as required

Dismantling of existing 380 KVA diesel generator and accessories by disconnecting electrical, controls , fuel connections, exhaust system and earthing connections of DG set and transporting the upto AAI store (not more than 50 mtrs) by engaging skilled and un skilled manpower with required T & P and machinery (hydra, jcb) etc complete as required.

Supply of following sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS-7098, amended upto date.

Earthing with GI earth plate 600mm X 600mm X 6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 mtr long etc with charcoal or coke and salt complete as required

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.l strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G. I. strip in 40 mm dia. G. I. pipe from earth electrode as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required.
