Taking up or down steel tubing and connections of size 100 mm bore with connected valves, including internal cleaning of pipe, connected valves, removing from sludge, mud deposited inside the pipe, cleaning pipe internally with clean water pressure and refixing of pipes with suitable nuts and bolts as existing location complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting Electric connections from LT Control panel and starter, dismantling the defective Non clogging submersible Sewage pump set 415 Volts of fan motors 50 HZ of any RPM for following capacity and removing pipe line connections from discharge side and taking out submersible pump set along with column pipe from sewage sump of depth 12.5 mtrs with the help of chain pully block re-winding with super enamelled copper wire of best quality of existing size/gauge and weight inciuding raplacement of insulation material, varnish bearing connection plate and all other petty items required to make the motor functional and reassembling the motor including installation commissioning and testing on full load, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note :Cost of Transportation to workshop and back for repair and lowering of same pump in sewage sump after repair incl replacement of rusted nuts bolts , rubber gasket shall deemed to be included in quoted rate)

Repair /maint of centrifuge machine Make :Haller including removing & fixing of spare parts cleaning and greasing of all spare parts with suitable chemical and tight with bolts, nuts, washer etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Spare parts suitable for existing centrifuge machine required to be replaced shall be separately under respective items.

Disconnecting, dismantling the defective three phase induction motor 415 Volts of fan motors 50 HZ of any RPM for following capacities and re-winding with super enamelled copper wire of best quality of existing size/gauge and weight inciuding raplacement of insulation material, varnish bearing connection plate and all other petty items required to make the motor functional and reassembling the motor including installation commissioning and testing on full load, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Disconnecting dismantling of cetrifugal monoblock pump set of following capacities of pumps any RPM and dismantiling defective parts such as impeller nut, gland, impeller key, gland packing water deflector bush bearings sleeve, gaskets, volute stud and nuts suction and delivery flange and stud and nuts and all other petty items required to make the pump set functional and reassembling the pump set including installation commissioning and testing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of earthing complete with galvanized iron or steel plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.00 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level surrounded from all sides with mixture of charcoal and common salt in alternate layers and electrode connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, earth strip protected by galvanized steel pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) connected to machinery/equipment all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2010 Part I and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering, funnel, wire mesh, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 reinforced with 6 mm dia MS round bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways for cover 50 mm thick and MS frame of suitable size made of angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm, complete all as specified. Note :- (i) The unit rate includes earth lead and protection pipe up to maximum 7.5 metre from earth plate to earth point/test point. (ii) Earth pit shall be constructed minimum 0.5 metre away from existing earth.

Supply and fixing in replacement of old unserviceable earth continuity conductor of size 32x6 mm galvanised iron strip along with all necessary jointing material complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Taking down old unserviceable swimming pool centrifugal pump set, supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of swimming pool centrifugal pump set, three phase of capacity 3HP including making connection with suitable size of copper cable complete all as specified and as directed.
