Excavating over area, not exceeding 1.5 m depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as above but depth exceeding 1.5 mtr but not exceeding 3.0 mtr complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading , levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified & directed.

Forming embankments including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30 cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc. 1.5 m high from base, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance exceeding 500m but not exceeding 1.5km and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations filling and mass concrete complete, all as specified and directed.

Reinforced cement concrete M-30 design mix (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Design/Sectional detail of RCC structure shall be decided by Engr-in-Charge as per ground requirement.

RCC M-30 (design mix), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Design/Sectional detail of RCC structure shall be decided by Engr-in-Charge as per ground requirement.

TMT mild steel bars, 6-8mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and including binding with MS wire (annealed not less than 0.9mm dia), complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over and including a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces not exceeding 10 cms width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of zink chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Hardcore of broken stone or boulder of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed

Rough excavation not exc 1.5 M deep and and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

75mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base and the like, complete all as specified and as directed.

RCC M-25 Design mix, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified and as directed.

RCC M-25 (design mix), using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span, complete all as specified and as directed.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) etc to obtain rough flat finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Flush pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified & directed.

Extra over stone walling of granite, trap or basalt stone for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n exc 20mm, complete all as specified & directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc. 6m in mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & directed.

Brickwork with sub-class ‘B’ bricks (old size), straight or curved on plan exc. 6m in mean radius, built in cement mortar 1 :4 in half brick wall, complete all as specified & directed.

75mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base to floor/paving, complete all as specified and as directed.

75 mm thick, Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in sub base for laying floor finishes including finishing the surfaces even and smooth , complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels and drains, including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

100mm thick Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base to floors and the like, complete all as specified and as directed.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 40-45 mm thick over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing over and including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixing Liquid water proofing compund in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compund to be measured and paid for separately as supply only.

Preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whitening, primer on surfaces of walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing plastered or unplastered new surfaces of wall and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

50mm bore galvanised steel water tubing light grade (ISI Marked) with and including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and or laid under floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.
