REPAIR TO THE CIVIL WORK AND PERIODICAL TO ALL MES INSTALLATION UNDER GE (EAST) AGRA

Taking down of old roof treatment of any description including mud phushka, concrete padding,tiles,cement plaster from roof surfaces etc including cleaning ,brushing and watering to joints and grooves and throwing the same to a distance exc. 250 mtr and not exc 500 mtr from the roof of height 3 to 9 mtr etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Clean the concrete screed with high pressure water jet to remove dirt and loose particles. Brush apply a bond coat of Pidicrete URP mix in the ratio of 1:1 (URP 1: Cement 1) by volume to make it lump free slurry when applied on in the pre wet surface. Laid to fall roof screed in correct slope and gradient. Mix Pidicrete URP 10 % by weight of cement in concrete in ratio of 1(cement) :1.5 (sand) :3(12.5 mm aggregate) & avg thickness of concrete should be 25 mm.Level the repair concrete and finish with trowel. Moist cure should be done for 7days. Air cure screed for 7days, before application of roof top coat coating system etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Apply one coat of Cipoxy 16D primer in the ratio 1:1 spreading at the rate of 0.200 kg-0.250 kg /sqm in complete dry condition where moisture contain below 7% (should be checked with moisture meter)Allow the primer coat to dry for 6 to 8 hours. Apply 1st coat of Roofseal Classic without dilution spreading at the rate of 0.70/litre/Sq.mt/Coat until all surface is covered. Lay a 45 GSM Fibre glass mesh as a reinforcing material which is incorporated in the coating when the first coat is still in wet condition. Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 4 to 6 hours. Apply the second of chemical with the same application coverage, but in a direction perpendicular to that of the first and second coats. Allow each coat to air cure for a minimum of 4-6 hours after application. Check to see no void surface is left untreated / uncoated.Allow the system to air cure for 7 days minimum etc complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry including all quoins,arches,pillars etc built in CM complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster on wall/ceiling/roof etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on brick work / concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement etc all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:3 on brick work / concrete surfaces of ceiling,chhajja etc finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement etc all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 12 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 on brick work / concrete surfaces of walls & finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement etc all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash to match the existing as required, complete all as specified & directed.
