Earthwork excavation in all soils and sub soils except hard rock requiring blasting with initial lead and lift including re-filling the sides of foundation in layer of 15 cm thick watering , ramming ,depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by departmental officers etc., complete asper standard specification. as per SS 20 B TNDSS NO: 23&24VI (S2), VII 9,10

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix (One Cement, Four Fine Aggregate and Eight Coarse Aggregate) Using 40mm ISS HBG metal for foundation and basement including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layer of not more than 15cm thick and consolidated including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.28).

Centering for soffits of RCC slabs of plane surface like lintels, beams ,etc.,including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60cm X and B.G 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm X 25mm X 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm X 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c )and supported dy casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm C/C) complying with standard specification and directed

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 mix (One cement and One and a half Fine Aggregate and Three Coarse Aggregate) Using 20mm ISS HBG metal including all cost conveyance of materials and labour charges for curing,finishing but excluding centering,shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills, including vibrating charges etc. complete as per standard specification and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.30).

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification. (Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Brick work in CM 1:5 (one cement & Five Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand)) using II class ground moulded bricks of size 9" X 43/8"X 2 3/4" including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100CFT

Special Ceiling Plastering with CM 1:3 (One part of cement & three parts of sand)mix for 10mm thick including cost and conveyance of materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing,finishing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:30,56&57

Plastering with CM 1:5 (One part of cement & five parts of sand) mix for 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and including all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing,finishing etc., complete as per standard specifications and as directed by departmental Engineers – TNBP No:56&57

Weathering Course Concrete using best quality of broken brick jelly including all cost etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 20cm x 20cm x 2 cm approved quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound confirming to ISS by 2% weight of Cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same water proofing compound mixed with cement mortar, red oxide etc., complete complying with standard specifications.
