Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in Soft disintegrated rock, laterite, soft rock or kankar, not requiring blasting and depositing on bank including shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary including refilling charges well rammed consolidated and deposting the surplus earth in places as shown by the departmental officers clearing, levelling the site etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.. Earth work open excavaction and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift in medium rock and dense medium rock not requiring blasting and depositing on bank including shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary including refilling charges well rammed consolidated and deposting the surplus earth in places as shown by the departmental officers clearing, levelling the site etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Hard rock measured in solid requiring blasting and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2 metres including shoring strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary, well rammed consolidated and deposting the surplus earth in places as shown by the departmental offices and clearing, levelling the site etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Drilling holes 50mm dia to a depth of 2m in Hard granite and inserting the 25 mm Rts L shape anchor rods of 3m length for holding Foundation and fixing in position and grouting the anchor holes with cement slurry inclusion of the cost of steel and labour etc and complying with technical specifications.

Dewatering the stagnated water using dewatering pump with engine including cost of fuel and labour charges for operating pump etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge of work

Cement concrete of grade M 15 (Design mix) with well graded aggregates and the maximum nominal size of coarse aggregate of 20 mm and down grade to IS specified grading and mixing by mixer machine ( to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15 N/mm2 at 28 days) including dewatering by bailing/pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts vibrating compacting and finishing the surface watering, curing for various depth and height below and above ground level so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the drawings as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specification.

Cement concrete of grade M 15 (design mix with well graded aggregates and the maximum nominal size of coarse aggregate of 40mm and down graded to IS specified grading and mixing by mixer machine (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 at 28 days) including dewatering by bailing/ pumping wherever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts, vibrating compacting, and finishing the surface watering curing, for various depth and height below and above ground level so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the drawings as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specification.

Reinforced Cement concrete M 25 grade design mix with well graded aggregates and the maximum nominal size of coarse aggregate of 20mm and down grade to I.S specified grading and mixing by mixer machine (to produce concrete of the specified characteristic strength of 25N/mm2 at 28 days) including admixture plasticiser/ super plasticeser in recommended propotion as per IS and excluding the cost of reinforcement ,centring but including dewatering by bailing/pumping where ever necessary laying the concrete in layers and in bays with all leads and lifts, vibrating, compacting and finishing the surface watering,curing, for various depth and height below and above ground level so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the drawing as per the direction of the Engineer and complying with standard specification.

Providing Steel Centering for RCC Slabs, beams or plain surfaces including strutting upto 3.29 m high using MS sheets, 10 guage thick of size 90cm x 60cm, Stiffened with Ms angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak joists of size 10 cm x 6.5 cm spaced at 90 cm c/c and supported by casurina poles of 10 cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75 cm c/c and removing the centering and shuttering after specified period without damaging the concrete laid, complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Plain Surface such as footing, etc ( without stutting)

Rough stone dry packing for Revetment using old stones available at site and stacking for pre-measurement including the cost of vedges for filling the gapes including cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with lead of 0 to 100 metre deploying earth moving machinery and tippers with a lead of 1KMMR including benching, formation of bunds, breaking clods, sectioning etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating supplying and fixing the Screw Gearing Shutter of size 1.50 x 1.50m made out of 8mm thick Skin plate covered with 4 nos of ISMC 100*50mm for outer frame with 4 nos of horizontal stiffeners and 4 nos of vertical channels of ISMC 100*50mm, The Groove frame to a height of 5.10 m made out of 75x75x8mm thick MS angle both sides welded face to face with required hold fast arrangements, sill beam of ISMC 125 shutter width plus 0.30m for bearing. The Top channel of 200 x 100mm of length 3.00m. For lift the shutter, screw gearing rod arrangements consists of 63mm dia, 4.50 M long with required threading, Extra heavy type cast Iron head set with bottom plate, Heavy type hexagonal nut made with MS threading to avoid emersion easy operation. The rate includes cost of materials, erecting labour, using heaving machinery, conveyance to site of work, one coat of Red oxide and two coat of anti-corrosive black enamel paint , taxes in force etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers including Conveyance of shutter materials, labour,equipments such as power generators, gas cutting equipments, drilling machines, welding machine, derick post, chain pullies etc from workshop to work site etc complete complying with technical specifications and as directed by the Departmental officer.
