Filling with m.sand for foundation including cost of sand, filling charges, with all leads and lifts, watering, consolidation etc., complete.

Plain cement concrete in CC 1:3:6, using 20mm HBG metal, for foundation including cost of all materials, labour charges including consolidation, curing, all leads, lifts etc., complete as per standard specification.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 12mm to 20mm HBG downgraded metal machine crushed for raft foundation including cost all materials, labour, curing, lead, lift, cost of shuttering etc., complete.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 mix using 12mm to 20mm HBG downgraded metal machine crushed below ground level including cost of all materials, labour, curing, lead, lift, cost of shuttering etc., complete.

Providing steel reinforcement with MS/RTS rods of reputed approved make for reinforced concrete works, including cost of steel MS/RTS rods, binding wire, minor T&Ps labour charges for cutting, straightening bending as per type design drawing, placing aligning and tying properly with all leads and lift etc., complete as per standard specification.

Refilling with excavated earth other than sand with an initial head load of 100m and depositing the earth as directed by the officer in charge, well rammed, watered and consolidation etc., complying with standard specification.

Brick work in CM 1:5 using chamber burnt class II bricks/fly ash bricks, including cost of all materials, labour, curing, all leads and lifts etc., complete.

Plastering in CM 1:5, 12 mm thick including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labour charges, lead, lift etc., complete.

Painting two coats with exterior emulsion paint over one coat of white cement of best quality including cost of all materials, scaffolding charges, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Disposal of excess of surplus earth away in low lying area with a head load lead 100m and lorry lead of 5 km including spreading, levelling, labour, leads, lifts etc., complete.
