Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for manholes ,well etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed

All as per Item No 1 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.50m and not exceeding 3m.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm..

Removing excavated materials to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 200m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

Demolition & breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including bed concrete internal dia of pipe 150mm and removal of demolished materail out of MoD land complete all as specified.

All as per Srl item No.5 here-in-before but internal dia 200mm.

Material and Labour for concrete bed to 150 mm bore drain pipes in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested.

All as per item No 7 here-in-before but bore of pipe 200 mm.

Material and Labour for 150 mm internal dia salt glazed stone ware drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified..

Material and Labour for 200 mm internal dia reinforced cement concrete pipes drain pipes class NP-2 aid in trenches and jointed complete all as specified..

M&L for removal of blokage in sewage line including manholes of various sizes by any means by using Kambore NM-01 No Kamgarb 5 Ltr 01 No, Kambore 1075 up-01 Nos Retriever 150 including removing Rugs of any type, dirt etc complete upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge Note : (i) The rates quoted in the above item includes cost of T&P like Kambore NM-01 No Kamgarb 5 Ltr 01 No & Retriever 150 etc complete. (ii) The lines measured once can not measured again within three months, if block in the same lines re-occure with in three months the contractor has to remove the blockage and shall not be paid extra for this (iii) Minimum two persons shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all working days for attending the complaints of Sewage. The complaints shall be detailed by JE/AGE concerned. In case of non attending of complaints within 20 hours except on holidays, the recovery @ Rs 100/- per complaint shall be made from contractors dues. (iv) All the above machineries shall be procured and shall be deposited in complaint cell of AGE B&R-I, AF Station Palam within 20 days on commencement of the work

M&L for removal of blokage of soil/waste pipes WC, WHB,Bottle Trap, Floor Trap etc running on external wall of buildings, complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of manhole upto 1 m depth and removal of sludge silt/liquid/mud/sand/water etc in foul position to outside the MoD land complete all as specified and directed

All as per item No 13 here-in-before but exceeding 1m and not exceeding 2m in depth.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings/benching including use of necessary formwork etc complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compounding @3% by wt of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement as on wall complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs salt-glazed stone ware gully traps size 150X150mm square or round mouthed type 'P' including CI cover complete all as directed.

Supply only Water Proofing compound complete all as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipes and rendering, cutting out existing benching for & forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 Section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required, Internal dia of pipe 150mm.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry build in cement mortar including all quions/archers etc completed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg as in channel and drains finished even and smooth complete all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc. 15cm thick above or below ground level including removal of debris out of Mod Land.

Material and labour for 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of M-35 with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a) Contractor has to submit the test report from manufacturer. (b) Engr-in-Charge will carry out the grade test from auth lab and will submit to this office before payment.

M&L sand layer under floor of interlocking paver tiles incl watering and consolidation.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor etc complete all as specified

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered edges, etc

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on concrete surfaces incl preparation complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified.

Material and labour for pumping out the rain/waste water, sewage waste from sewage line out side the defence area incl provision of pumping etc with diesel engine of 10 HP and one skilled operator incl necessary T&P and accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premices complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles (colour & shade as approved) of size 450x300x7mm thick in vertical surfaces as in skirting and dado set and jointedin neat cement slurry, over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed. in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel work such as angle iron post, flat iron in fencing including cutting as make doubble swan neck i.e. "Y" shaped including welding with proper overlapping & welding MS plate with angle iron bottom as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc embedded in concrete fixed vertically conforming to Fe 290 grade E-165 complete. Note: Embedded portion of Angle iron post shall be treated with tar of coat of tar black paint.

S&F in repair concertina coil with punched tape of 600 mm dia, centre core wire shall be minimum 2.5 mm dia of mild steel wire conforming to IS 280-2006. Galvanised coating of steel concertina coil shall confirm to requirments as laid down for medium coated wire in IS 4826 " Hot dipped galvainsed coating of round steel wires" concertina coil shall be fixed in diamond shape with the help of dovetail two handle and spikes shall be fixed at both end of coil, minimum straight length of wire 150 RM of 10 RM of work, minimum weight 13.5 Kg for 10 RM of work i.e 90 gm per RM of wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand , steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.(Each line wire to be measured)

Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced ) of any description and in any position not otherwise

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in anchorage blocks for holdfast in walling, set in cement mortar 1:4 with paling fair faces including chamfers weathering etc. Complete all as specified.

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer over new steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
