Remaning Work of Roads under LSG Hanumangarh Pkg No RJ-15-02/LSG/2023-24 (Road improvement works in Municipal council area of Hanumangarh)

Dismantling of flexible pavements and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 metres, scaking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately as per MoRTH specification claue : 202 By Mechanical Means, Bituminious Course.

Earth work in excavation including stacking/disposal of surplus earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 meters exclusive of compensation of earth (MoRTH specification Clause 301 to 305).In ordInary soilmechanically by power shovel including mechanical loading and carriage upto 1 km by tipper/dumper.

Earth, sand, gravel, unscreened kankar, lime, flyash, morrum, manure or sludge.Add additional 2.0 km Carriage after initial 1km by tipper/dumper.

Add extra for earth work in embankement construction, side slopes etc. including compaction in 200 mm thick loose layers and dressing (MoRTH specification clause : 305.3.5) by manual means with all lead and lift but excluding watering and rolling.

Extra for watering the earth to bring the earth upto required O.M.C .excluding rolling

Extra for rolling to specification with power roller 8-10 tonne when earth is at suitable moisture content with desired density excluding watering. Field density not less than 100% of maximum dry density (Ordinary Proctor test)

Providing laying spreading and compacting specified graded sand, gravel (crushed graded stone material ) as per Table 400-1, 400-2 or any other coarse material as per design mix, as per CBR in sub base course including premixing the material at OMC in wet mix plant, carriage of mixed material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader F.E loader on a prepared base and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve desired density (as per I.S.2720) including all material, labor, machinery, lighting guarding, barricading and maintenance of diversion complete. [MoRTH specification : Clause 401]. By mechanical means with all lead For Grading VI Material

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting crushed graded stone aggregate of as per table 400-12 and 400-13 to Wet Mix Macadam specification including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechnical mixer as per approved design mix, carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with motor grader/ paver finisher in sub base/ base course on a well prepared under base and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including lighting, guarding, barricading and maintance of diversion etc. (MoRTH specification : Clause 406 & 112) by mechanical means with all leads from plant to site.

Labour charges for laying brick edging up to 23 cm deep and up to 11.5 cm. wide according to approved brick size (to be specified) including digging of trenches, fixing of bricks in position, refilling and disposal of surplus earth etc. complete.
