Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/loose soil for laying / taking down of cables, getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material/soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of underground cable including spreading, leveling, well ramming complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying of bricks sub class "B" having minimum compressive strength 75 kg/sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Re-laying of bricks off size laid in treches for cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed .

Taking out LT XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable alongwith all joints of any size from trenches wall/roof including taking out of brick layer and sand from trenches complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fixing in repairs cable jointing kit for 6 to 16 Sqmm 4 core 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 and 4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable complete all as specified and directed. .Make 3M-Seal/Birla/Denson:- Note : Excavation, returning filling, sand brick and removel shall be measured and paid separatly under relevant item of this BOQ

Dismantling and taking out the existing unserviceable (damaged/broken) or serviceable tilted Panel of any type and any size, from Location and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and Labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of pole upto ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping/plinth block including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for taking out LT feeder panel front and back type opening replace old clamps and fix new hinges by drilling or welding as per condition , replaced burnt out lugs and insulation , proper, insulation taping to XLPE cable and painting inner and outer side , top and bottom, including cleaning of grass around, from the panel till 2mtr and from road to panel for easy operation complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for taking out all cables of LT feeder panel from loops, for fixing GI Pipe for cable protection and making new foundation in place of broken foundation with PCC 1:4:8 in 40 mm graded stone aggregate and re-fixing all cables with proper lugs after inserting through GI pipe complete. Note :; PCC and GI Pipe shall be measured and paid separately of BOQ in the respective items.

M&L for Preparation of old painted surfaces of steel tubular poles 9/11 Mtr long including cross arms protection pipe and painting one coat of aluminium paint from 2.1 mtr above ground level to top of pole and cross arms and protection pipe and painting of bottom area of pole upto 2.1 mtr from ground level with synthetic enamel paint in alternate bay ( 30 cm wide) with black and yellow paint including writing poles numbers in white letter on black ground complete all as specified and directed.

S and F in repair loop in / loop out box of internal size 250 x 210 x 115mm made out of FRP (Hot moulded type) with weather proof canopy and locking screws alongwith 5/6 Amps MCB-01 No, 15 Amps rated 3 pole connector - 01 Nos, neutral link mounted and Din rail suitable size for mounting MCB/Connector complete in the box, duly fixed to steel tubular pole using 25 x 3mm FI clamp with suitable gland and lugs for connecting cable including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down existing rusted/broken out MS cross arm, angle, clamps, nuts, bolts and washers and supply and fixing new MS Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamp and back plates fabricated for cable cover frame work, from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any type, shape or as indicated and directed inclusive of one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.
