Providing & fixing Nomoclature Gate entrance of Industrial Area having span of 12 mt with emblaze column made out of100 H dia. M.S. pipe X 7.40Mt. in height properly braced with 50 and 40 mm dia H M.S pipe having foundation and base plate 25 mm thick. This tubular frame for informatory board shall be made out of 80 mm dia. heavy duty M.S piep and braced by 50 mm dia heavy duty M.S. pipe and including duly painted with two coats of red oxide zinc crome paint and two coats of super synthetic enamel paint and shall be cladding with3 mm thick GP sheet panels of size 1m width x 7.40 m height to four sides of emblaze column. The GP sheet having tensile strength 80 Mpa, compressive strength 160 Mpa and treated for adhesive bonding with green / blue color retro reflective sheeting of high intensity grade having pressure sensitive/heat activated adhesive white retro reflective cut out, boarder with the messages having pressure sensitive screen sensitive of green/blue transperent colour over white retroreflective sheeting having boarder and messages, white background finish surface at back side with pigmented french grey color. The panel's joints shall be finished with especially for molded jointing compound and seamless finish. The fixing the emblaze column in M-25 concrete as per drawing. The panels shall be crowned with logo, slogans and letters as approved by engineer in charge. The MIDC logo especially molded in High density fiber material fixed with the nut & bolts on fascia signage back and front side and back it illuminated.

Foundation & connecting bolts & nust & washers

Providing Nomoclature of Industrial Arae shall be made out of 3 mm G.P. sheet ( Non Metalic Material ) in square or rectangukar shape of any size made out of 3mm thick GP Sheet (Non Metalic Material) highly resistance to moisture and having tensile strength 80 Mpa. Compressive strength 100 Mpa and treated for adhesive bonded with green retro reflective sheeting of high intensity grade having pressure sensitive heat activated adhesive white reflective cut out border with the message having pressure sensitive screen printing of green transperent current over while retro reflective sheeting having border and message in while back ground having a finish surface at back side with pigment french gray colour including M.S. angle of size 35X35X3 mm etc. complete.

Excavation for foundation in earth, soil of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material up to a distance of 50 m. beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. (Lift upto 0.00 to 1.50 m.) By Manual Means

Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M15 of trap/ granite/quartzite/gneiss metal for bed blocks, foundation blocks and such other items including bailing out water, Steel centering, formwork, laying/ pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing uneven and honeycombed surface and curing etc. complete. The Cement Mortar 1:3 plaster is considered for rendering uneven and honeycombed surface only. Newly laid concrete shall be covered by gunny bag, plastic, tarpaulin etc. (Wooden centering will not be allowed.), with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)

Providing and laying in situ /Ready Mix cement concrete M-20 of trap / granite /quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C. work in foundations like raft, strip foundations, grillage and footings of R.C.C. columns and steel stanchions etc. including bailing out water, Steel centering formwork, laying/pumping cover blocks, compaction and curing roughening the surface if special finish is to be provided (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel) etc. complete, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)

Providing, cutting, bending, hooking, tying and laying in position TMT FE 500 steel bars for reinforcement for all RCC works as per detailed drawings etc. complete.
