SPL REPAIRS TO HARDSTANDING FOR PARKING OF VEHS AT BLDG NO P-28 MALL ROAD UNDER GE (EAST) DELHI CANTT-10

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and sub base under flooring including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level). (Note: Sub base flooring required of various thickness as per site condition shall be also measured and paid in Cum. The tenderer to visit site of work ascertain factual position of undulation where PCC sub base flooring is required and tenderer rate shall be deemed quoted accordingly.

M & L for rubber moulded glossy finished Coloured Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block of any shape and size (Two colour combination) conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thick, M-40 Grade, laid over 50mm thick sand cushioning maintaning proper slope as per requirement at site over hardstanding including demolition/dismantling of existing tiles of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L pre cast concrete blocks for kerb stone with solid block exc 10 cm in width type B-1 , 1:2:4 ( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:6 of any shape and size as approved by GE, including necessary excavation and earth work including returning filling in the erarth and removal of surplus earth from site if any, kerb stone shall be fixed in true line and level or in curves for eding of road side path including embedding PCC pre cast block in ground to any depths as required and tamping soil around PCC bloacks complete all as directed.

M & L for Two coats of synthetic enamel paint, any tint on new plastered surfaces or brick, Curb stone, concrete, asbestos cement surface exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of old painted surfaces, filling of holes with birla white wall care putty and applying 2-3mm wall care putty to make surface smooth, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brickwork with sub class `B` bricks, in straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 including demolition of Brickwork built in cement mortar including all quioins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified.

M&L Granite (of any type) tiles 18-20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone, grinding, polishing over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete after demolition of existing stone slab of any type.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any position incl scafolding etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregates) louvres and jallies, 45mm thick (measured solid) set in CM (1:4) , including all mouldings but excluding frame (Pre cast frame shall be measured and paid seperately) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F precast RCC coping/post of size 600x100x50 mm suitable for fixing of RCC Jallies in vertically & horizontally including necessary moulds and grooves as required in shape and size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B- 1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string ourses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

S & F steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confrming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 including dismantling of existing steel work of any type complete all as specified and directed

M&L for prepration of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proofing exterior acrylic emulsion paint premium quality on wall surfaces over one coat of primer from the same manufacturer and 2mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engr- in-charge.

M & L two coat of synthetic enamel paint (finishing coat) over one coat of primer to new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth incl prepration of surfaces complete all as specified.
