Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour brick work with old size sub class 'B' burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified.

All as per serial item No. 2.00 here-in-before but except bricks. Note : Old serviceable bricks retrieved from serial item No 1.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

Material and labour brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material &Labour rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on surface other than fair face of brick work of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) not exc. 30cm high with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved tint all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) including floor tiles of any description complete all as specified.

Material and labour 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished fair and even complete all as specified.

M&L 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Hard standing finished even and smooth without using extra cement (PCC shall be laid in alternate bays in panels of size not exc 2.4m x 2.4m or as directed) all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L factory made Pre Polished chequered cement concrete tiles, area exceeding 0.08 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry at the rate of 3 Kg per Sq m in floors with white cement & mixed with colour pigments to match with the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 all as specified & as directed.

All as per serial item No. 15.00 here-in-before but except Tiles . Note : Old serviceable chequered cement concrete tiles retrieved from serial item No 14.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M&L 60mm thick Machine pressed factory made Precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks with using grey cement and pigment of Grade M-35 of any size & shape confirming to IS 15658-2006 as directed such as I-shape, Uni, Octagonal, Three-X, Dumble, Zig Zag etc., laid over & including 50 mm thick sand cushion , laid dry, joints filled with dry sand complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L 80mm thick Machine pressed factory made Precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks with using grey cement and pigment of Grade M-40 of any size & shape confirming to IS 15658-2006 as directed such as I-shape, Uni, Octagonal, Three-X, Dumble, Zig Zag etc., laid over & including 50 mm thick sand cushion , laid dry, joints filled with dry sand complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour continuous brick edging, with burnt clay bricks of sub class ‘B’ (old size) with width equal to the depth of the brick laid dry on end vertically embeding brick in the ground complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping, benching and bed blocks, roof kerbs etc. hold fast including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified.

M&L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement.

Surface excavation not exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation or for shafts, walls, manholes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors and similar works of Gde E-165 (Fe 290) including welding etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embeded portion and making good distrubed ground posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry etc complete.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n.exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Mild steel work of Fe-290 Gde E -165 as in angle iron fencing posts & flat iron drilled and countersunk for boulders running bars,including embedding in concrete and scruing etc,post and struts in fencing including cutting, tops to shape as directed, bent to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc,flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) Including all necessary drilling,bolting or riveting etc.complete all as specified. Note:- Round bars for chain link fencing shall be measured and paid as material and labour seperatly under serial item No.here-in- after .

fixing of old servicable Mild steel work reterived from serial item no.27.00 here-in-before as in angle iron fencing posts & flat iron drilled and countersunk for boulders running bars,including embedding in concrete and scruing etc,post and struts in fencing including cutting, tops to shape as directed, bent to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc,flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) Including all necessary drilling,bolting or riveting etc.complete all as specified. Note:- Round bars for chain link fencing shall be measured and paid as material and labour seperatly under serial item No.here-in- after .

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing (mesh size 100 mm x 100 mm of 3.15 mm dia wire) complete all as specified.Note : The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly. BOO duly counter signed by GE shall be enclosed with final bill.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified.

Material and labour 10mm dia MS round bar for fixing of chain link fencing with post complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Material and Labour for Preparation of new steel and iron surface of any description and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide prime Surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm in width or girth when uncon- nected with other painting or when painted in a different tint complete all as specified.
