Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of step down copper wound transformer 11 KV/433 Volts, 3 phase 50 Hz 100 KVA outdoor type, vector group Dyn11,Energy efficiency level 2, with off load tap changing arrangement on HT side to vary secondary voltage from +5% to -10% in step of 2.5% including suitable cable entry boxes both on HT side to receive 95 Sqmm 3 core XLPE cable and on low voltage side to accomodate XLPE cable of suitable size complete in all respect with standard accessories and fitment confirming to IS:1180 part I 2014( and with latest ammendments). Primary side Delta and secondary side Star. The sailent feature of transformer shall be as follows:- (a) Transformer shall be oil immerse, naturally self cooled copper wound,winding core type MS radiator cooled tank complete with first fill of transformer oil plus 5% spare oil as per IS:335 of 1980 with cooling system.The temperature of oil shall not rise more than 50 degree centigrade to amient temp and 55 degree centigrade of winding(b) Transformer shall be provided with the followings:- (i) Rating and diagram plate. Supply install, test and commissioning LT Feeder Pillar / Panel board cubical type indoor Confirming to IS 8623 Part 1 1993, free floor standing / wall mounting factory fabricated made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable size to accomodate all accessories/fittings, compartmentalized in construction to accommodate incoming and outgoing ACB, Outgoing MCCB, MCB and TPN Aluminum bus bars of rating not less 1.5 times the rated cap of incomer Outgoing MCCB / ACB and outgoing feeder. The TPN bus bars shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC/epoxy insulator of size not less than 50 x 50 mm conical type at an interval of not more than 500 mm through out the length of the TPN bus bar . The incoming as well as outgoing Outgoing MCCBs shall have copper extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC / Epoxy insulators having provision for termination of incoming and out going cables. All extension links /interconnection shall be insulated with heat shrinkable colour coaded sleeves. The cubicle shall have a bottom channel of size as designed by the manufacturer . A detachable predrilled gland plateof thickness not less than 3 mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands.The above panel shall be front and back openable lockable /openable by key from both side and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air.3 mm XLPE adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel weather, dust and vermin proof with IP65 degree of protection , complete as specified and consisting the following switchgears and accessories:

Bus bar electrolytic grade aluminum strip with heat shrikable sleeves with colour code supported on epoxy resin based insulators, 4 strips of suitable length for current rating 300 amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Main incoming MCCB four pole 415 V AC, current rating 200 amps, breaking cap 36 KA at 415 volts - 01 Nos complete all as specified and as directed.

Outgoing MCCB four pole 415 V AC, current rating 160 amps,breaking cap 25 KA at 415 V AC = 02Nos complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground earth (in vertical) earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron or GI Strip 32x6 mm by means of nut, bolt, check nuts and washer of galvanised ironl including PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 pre-cast RCC cover slab using reinfocement with XPM weighing not less than 1.87 kg/Sqm with suitable handle made of 12mm round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20mm dia medium grade galvanised steel tube for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh 15mm dia bore light grade galvanised steel tubing upto 7.5 m length fo drawing earth lead wire protection, common salt, charcoal, etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground ( Earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected and including copper strip 20 mm x 3mm (upto the body of equipment) by means of Brazing,GI bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers earth plates surrounded by packed layers of coal dust earth plate surrounded by packed layers of coal dust and common salt 15 cm thick all around top and bottom and watering pipe 20 mm bore of GI pipe ,light grade all as shown in Electrical plate No 5 of SSR part –I testing on completion including PCC (1:2: 4) pit cover and PCC chamber in PCC (1:3 :6)type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus spoil to a distance not exc 50 m complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of platform of size 3000mmx2500mmx1200mm for installation of transformer with brick steps on one side, chain link fencing around transformer, fencing should have hinged door and locking arrangements complete all as specified and as directed.
