Sub: APPOINTMENT OF OPERATOR FOR COLLECTION OF TOLL (on the basis of competitive bidding on e tender basis) at Kamothe & Kopara toll Station on Sion Panvel Highway from Kalamboli Junction Ch.115/800 to B.A.R.C. Junction Ch.140/690 in the State of Maharashtra

Dear Sir, Pursuant to the Notice inviting Offer No. ______________ dated ______________ issued on behalf of the Public Works Region Mumbai Mumbai. I/We hereby submit my / our offer for being appointed as your Operator/Contractor for a period of 3 years (36 months) from the date of authorization thereof by the Executive Engineer Multistoried Building Construction Division Chembur for collection of toll at approved rates on all specified vehicles and trailers drawn by such vehicles passing over the location / section of road as specified in Appendix - of offer document. 1. I/We Offer/Bid _____% (in word) of the actual total toll collection by way of our Offer/Bid as your Operator for the work of collection of toll on the said toll station on Sion Panvel Highway Kopara Kamothe toll Plaza for the period as mentioned above. 2. I/We understand that the above work is purely on actual toll collection charges basis. 3. I/We have thoroughly read and understood the Instructions to the Bidders for being appointed as your Operator for the aforesaid purpose and the Terms & Conditions of contract which in token thereof have been signed by me/us and I/We hereby agree to duly abide by them. I/We have studied the traffic volume and made our own assessment of traffic. 4. I/We agree to keep my/our Offer/Bid open for acceptance by the PWD as specified in tender notice from the date of opening of financial (second) envelope and agree not to revoke my/our Offer/Bid at any time, during such period. I/We shall be bound by the communication of acceptance of this Offer/Bid dispatched by the PWD within the aforesaid time. 5. As required by the Terms and Conditions of offer I/We enclose herewith the receipt of payment of Earnest Money of Rs._______ (Rupees_____________________ only) through e-payment gateway.
