Carpenter to be engaged for cutting of fibre sheet in walls including fixing of same in jambs / sills etc

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material, all leads & lifts.

Demolishing cement concrete 1: 3: 6 or richer mix manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material, all leads & lifts.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 mix excluding the cost of centering and shuttering- All work upto plinth level including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 12. 5mm nominal size) including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT/H.L.

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including drip course/groove all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT/H.L.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Cold twisted bars including all leads, lifts & carriage of material by MT / H.L.

Centering & shuttering incl. removal of formwork

Chequered precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) . Medium shade using 50% white cement and 50% ordinary cement.

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mired and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge Anodized aluminum (Anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Fabrication and installation of Isolation Valve Box to cover/secure already fitted open isolation valves on copper pipeline. Valve box should of size 18” x 18” x 6” approx (LXBXH). Valve box should be shutter type along with a locking and handle/knob arrangement. It should be fabricated out of Aluminum sheets & frame/Wood or ply board. Front shutter/pane of the valve box duly painted as per requirement & should be fitted with a glass. Fitting it on the wall by using plastic lugs, screws, fasteners, hooks etc. and making of proper cutting to accommodate copper pipes. Complete Job includes cost of material, labour, tools and tackles charges.
