Dismantling Mosaic / ceramic tile: Dismantling Mosaic / ceramic tile work of any thickness in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including, stacking material to the appropriate disposal of the debris with all lead (within the campus as directed) and lift etc., complete– in all the floor levels.

Taking out existing wooden door, window shutter: doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter in any size including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in- charge

Vitrified tiles: Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in 1200mmx600mm sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser, treads of steps, with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of spacer joints as per direction of Engineer in charge.(tiles sample as displayed)- In Ground Floor

Polished Granite stone flooring: Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. ** Polished Granite stone slab Black, Cherry Red, Brown, Cat Eye, River Pink or equivalent.- – in all the floor levels.

Nosing for Granite slab: Providing half nosing for 18mm thick granite slab using required machinery including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour for all items of work, HOM of equipment, necessary scaffolding etc., complete as per specification. - Square meter

15mm thick cement plastering: Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge—In Ground floor

15mm thick cement plastering: Providing 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including rounding off corners wherever required smooth rendering, providing and removing scaffolding, including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge—In First floor

Plastic emulsion painting for ceiling & walls without primer: Providing and applying painting in One coat with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand (Asian Emulsion/ Nerolac / Berger/ Sherwin Williams/ equivalent) on ceiling / Wall surface without primer to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface, free from mortar drops and other foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of all material, labour etc complete as per specifications.

Primer Coat: Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 g/L as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Acrylic emulsion paint – in two coats: Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :Two coats on new work after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar drops and foreign matter including preparing the surface even and sand paper smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
