M&L for attending, repair and rectification of external LT electric supply complaints on up to 1100 Volts grade, over head/underground system alongwith necessary T&P, safety devices as per site requirement for the following type of complaints complete all as specified and directed:-

Replacement of worn out jumpers, jointing and tightening with new ACSR conductor. Note:- Single phase/two wire or 3 phase/4 wire system will be considered as one job for payment purpose.

Disconnecting from over head conductor, cutting worn out portion of LT cables of any type and size, carry out repairs including taking out cables from under ground loop line and rejoining the same to restore electric supply. Note :- (i) LT Jointing Kits, Cable protection Pipe if required at site will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cutting and removing the pole coping and inserting the cable alongwith protection pipes.

Taking down old unsv Street light / flood light fittings in any position of any capacity for Repair by replacement of unsv spares ( SPD / Driver / Mcpcb etc ) and re-fixing the same in existing location. Note:- Spares for repair of street light fittings will be measured and paid under respective items. Notes for Item Nos 1 to 4 :- (a) The contractor will be allotted complaints at MES complaint cell on daily basis on all working days and sufficient resources will be deployed by him/her for completion of day to day complaint within 24 Hrs from the time of reporting. Any delay beyond above mentioned time limit without intimation of sufficient cause, penalties will be recovered twice of the quoted rate for each un-attended complaint. (b) A detailed log of complaints with completion/non-completion remarks from users/MES will be maintained by the contractor and the same will be updated on daily basis in consultation with Engr-in-Charge or JE E&M as detailed. (c) The contractor will make suitable arrangement for emergency complaints and will notify auth rep/Engr-in-Charge about extraordinary circumstances for probable non-completion or delay in rectification of complaints beyond stated time limit set for disposal of complaint. In case of any dispute the decision of accepting officer will be final and binding in this regard. (d) The contractor will intimate MES authority well in advance if electric shutdown is required during rectification of complaints. (e) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Military station at Secunderabad. (f) The contractor will maintain location wise record of each spare utilized as per inventory format given by AGE E/M, Secunderabd and the same shall be submitted to E/M No II store on daily basis.

M&L for ACSR conductor, steel reinforced for LT over head lines on poles including streching tightining of poles insulator with binding wire of suitable size with insulator/streching of ACSR conductor including disconnecting/taking out old existing unsv ACSR conductors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stay assembly comprising of 7/10 SWG galvanised MS stranded stay wire of required length, minimum tensile strength 70 Kg/mm (grade-2 quality) fixed to pole with and including FI clamps, bolts, nuts, washers, galvanised steel stay rod 16mm dia 180 cm long bow 400 x 14 mm nuts/bolts, washers, loop type insulator of size 65 x 90 mm vitreous, clearance dia of hole 16mm, stay plate of size 230 x 230 x 6 mm including necessary excavation and earth work PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation and disposal of surplus soil, upto 50m including disconnecting/taking out old existing unsv stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Galvanised steel wire (GI) 4mm dia including disconnecting/taking out old existing unsv GI wire complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for cross arms, bracing, supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section incl nuts, bolts washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shapes or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint including disconnecting/taking out old existing unsv cross arms complete all as specified and directed.

Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade.

Shackle type insulator, porcelain vitreous, white / brown / green, 1100 Volts grade, 75 mm height & 90 mm dia including galvanised mild steel strap of 31 x 3 mm, 12 mm dia insulator bolt, washers & nuts.

M&L in replacement Off-Load changeover switch (In sheet steel enclosure), AC 21 (Side Handle), 4 pole of capacity 200 Amps, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, Conforms to HSN Code : 8536 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Replace MCCB along with both side spreader link and nut bolts of appropriate size (Conforms to IEC:60947-II/IS:13947-II) in exisitng LT Panel box/Feeder Pillar boxes (KIOSK),in MCCB DBs of capacity 315-400 Amps, 4 Pole, 35 KA, 415 Volt including disconnecting/taking out existing old unserviceable/burned MCCB complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out and Relaying of LT cable of size 185 sq mm to 300 Sqmm 3.5 core after carrying out necessary Repair such as joining with Epoxy joint and laid with sand Cushioning and brick protection and making connection By using Lugs all as specified and directed by ingr in charge. Note: ( Earth work , sand Cushioning, brick protection, LT Joints shall be measured and paid separately under Relevent Item)

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundation of PCC/Steel pole, laying of cable in trenches etc and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 21 here in before but depth above 1.5 m & below 3 m

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L filling riddled earth in trenches for cushioning of laying of cables to the full width of excavated trench 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable, gently punned down, stretching and testing of cable on transformer yard etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down shall be measured for payment.

Supply and Lay reinforced precast concrete cable cover LV, Type I,flat, size 250x150x40 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick protection with common burnt brick sub class ‘B’ of size 230x115x75mm for cable protection complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, errecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles with cast iron base plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws for type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) including painting with two coats of aluminum paint over one coat of redoxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to embedded portion in PCC and providing 3 Nos of 30cm wide circular bands with black & yellow paint starting from plinth level at a gap of 30 cm in between 2 bands and numbering of poles, in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5 cm large bold letters 2" (inch) wide complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, PCC in foundation and coping shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 as in coping/pedestals of poles including necessary form work complete and applying two coats of white wash to exposed surface of coping/platform complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete for pole / stay / post etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down, transport to workshop , Re-winding of electric motor 3 phase installed at highmast pole of capacity 2.2/3 HP and refixing of the same including necessary arrangement complete all as directed

Repair/maintenance, excluding major spares but including regualr maintenance of the Automatic Power factor correction panel capacity up to 200 KVARs and up 8 stages installed at various locations at DGQA area including carrying out complete maintenance/repairs as required of all the sub systems viz. based control panels, feeder pillar, APFC relay, Power capacitor bank, Power contactors, Control wiring, Monitoring CT, MCBs/MCCBs for isolation (with all the accessoires) any breakdown maintenance and replacement of unserviceable parts, refixing of old serviceable parts/new parts if any project completion and trouble shooting responsibility also lies with contractor including following provisions complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Rate quoted by tenderer is deemed to be inclusive of checking of system fortnightly, repavement of defective control wiring, small part such as Push button, lugs any auxilary contatct,auto selctor switch etc and necessary servicing repair by expert technician and register will be maintaned for the same. M&L for painting the existing LT steel poles of 9.0 Mtr long including cross arms, clamps, street light junction boxes etc with 1 coats of aluminium paint including throughly cleaning the existing surface, writing of pole numbers in yellow circle 15 cm with black paint on poles. Painting the poles up to 1.5 Mtr height with alternate bands 30 cm height (3 Nos black and 2 Nos Yellow) from ground level, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting the existing LT PCC poles with 1 coats of synthetic enamle base paint including painting of cross arms, clamps, etc with one coat of aluminium paint and providing alternative band of 30 cm width (3 black and 2 yellow) from bottom of pole to 1.5 metres height , writing of pole numbers in yellow circle15 cm with black paint on poles complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling of damage / broken coping of PCC/steel pole of any size and removing the debries from site complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix on wall with necessary arrangements busbar chamber 100 amps 4 way 4 pole wall mounted IP -31 , made out of 1.6 mm thick CRCA sheet epoxy powdwer coated single layer operational voltage 440 Volt , Short circuit current capacity 25 KA for 1 Second including necessary cable connections complete all as specified and directed. Replacement of transformer/LT Panel Boards End covers with suitable size of MS Sheet of 2mm thick including drilling holes as per existing transformer/LT Panel end cover, painting with 1 coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint and fixing with suitable size of nuts and bolts, hinges complete complete all as specified.

M&L for cleaning AND painting LT panel boards of any size thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt / rust carefully and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint OVER A COAT OF RED OXIDE PRIMER COMPLETE all as specified and directed.

M&L for shingle filling in floors or pavings of gauge 20 mm to 40mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc 150 mm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and directed

Trimming/pruning and removing of tree branches or any other foreign objects from HT/LT over head conductor and clearing the OH Line of any type and size for one span of any length in 2 way /4 way/6 way conductor system. Notes: (i) Insulators of any type, connectors and ACSR conductor of any size required at site will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule. (ii) The contractor is responsible for provision of Necessary T & P including crane and safety equipments to complete the job.

Cutting unaxious green growth and grass by manual labour or by machine at all 11 KV Electric Installation premises/around 2/4 Pole structure/along the boundary fencing and removing rubbish from the site of work complete all as specified and directed.
