M&L for preparation of old black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surface with mechanical means like air compressor to remove all loose dust/dirt complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer (VG-10) @ 05kg/10 sqm on prepared surfaces with mechanical sprayer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous, macadam (using bitumen 4% by weight of total mix) mixed in hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller to required gradient and camber for road surface and speed breaker (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (VG-30) contents by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver, rolled and compacted with power rollers 8 to12 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, but making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sqm paving bitumen (VG-10) putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder paving bitumen (VG-30) 9.8 kg per 10sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified.

2mm thick, white/yellow hot thermoplastic road marking paint, confirming to BS standards 3262 with 20% of glass beads (intermixed) spread and laid by automatic mechnical engine driven machine, painting as in strips (continuous or breaking) complete all as specified and directed.

Cat eye reflective type of size 100 x 100 x 20 mm (21 beads (7 x 3) each side 3 panal of aluminium alloy pressure die castr with fixing in road with adhesive 1/2 kg complete all as specified (cat aprt No OS 788 of Oscar Safety Solution or equivalent in Green Lite, Dark Eye, Texa Plastics).

Solar cate eye, aluminium alloy sheel 125 x 125 x 125 mm shank 60 m Micro crystall line solar pannel 2.4 colt/03 watts with NICD battery rechargeble with six supper bright LED fixed in repair (Make : DARK EYE DA-100 or equivalent in Oscar safety solution, green lite, Texa Plastics).
