Servicing of HT Yard, transformer and providing arrangements for extending power supply in Rajiv Gandhi Indoor Stadium from the newly commissioned transformer in Indira Gandhi Sports Complex, Uppalam, Puducherry.

Fabrication, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of one no of distribution panel with change over for the alternate panel board power supply of over all size 2000mm x 1100mm x 750mm made out of 16 SWG CRCA MS Sheet. The panel has to be erected with 50mm x 50mm x 6mm angle iron channel fixed suitably on the floor. The panel has to be fitted with 1 no. of 1250A MDO ACB's 4 pole microprocessor based SR 18G will have in built 2 No. + 2 NC Aux contact for MDO breakers, with racking handle with breaking capacity 50kA / sec (Make: L&T). The panel should contain cable raising chamber, busbar, three-phase indicator, Voltmeter, Ammeter fixed in the hylem sheet of 10mm thick (3 sqm) and 6mm thick (2 sqm) with necessary indicator including fuse and aluminium busbar arrangement. The main busbar to be provided with aluminium flat of size 65 x 12mm and the busbar chamber has to be provided with aluminium busbar of suitable length of size 25 x 3mm for entire body earth it should be provided with insulated colored shrinkable sleeves mounted on DMC supports for fixing it in position. Interior connection between the switch fuse units are to be done with 6.0 sqmm, 10 sqmm and 16 sqmm. ISI marked, FR PVC insulated, single core copper conductor cable of respective phase. (Make : Finolex / Polycab / V-Guard etc.). The wires should be provided with crimping type sockets and bolted to busbar with 6mm GI bolts and nuts with plates and spring washers for phase. The doors should be of flush type with inter locking in one position. The door for one busbar and two cable ducts should also be flush type and shall be provided with removable type gland plated to the bottom and with sufficient holes of required diameter.

Erection of Distribution pillar on MS channel including provision of pillar plinth.

Servicing, testing and replacement of spares in existing four pole structure including of two coats of anticorrosive painting after derusting process and two coats of aluminium painting and necessary civil works as required including replacement of spares such as 22 KV post top insulator - 3 nos, AB switch spares 2 nos, 22 KV pin insulator - 6 nos, lightening arrestor - 9 nos, aluminium busbar 1 set, 'O' SWG copper - 45 mtr, busbar supports clamps, cable supports, tray and GI pipe, alkathine pipe etc, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of 22 KV AB switch complete with all accessories.

Supply of 3 1/2 x 400 sqmm armoured aluminium UG cable 1.1KV grade at site. Make: Polycab/Finolex/Havells.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required - above 185 sqmm and upto 400 sqmm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required - 31/2x400 sqmm (82mm)

Supplying and fixing of 1250 A MDO ACB's 4 pole microprocessor based SR 18G will have in built 2 No. + 2 NC Aux contact for MDO breakers with racking handle with breaking capacity 50kA/sec (Make:L&T)

Providing and fixing following capacity TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel making connection etc. as required - 160 A TP&N

Providing and fixing following capacity TP&N disconnector fuse switch unit inside the existing panel board with ISI marked HRC fuses including drilling holes in cubicle panel making connection etc. as required - 100 A TP&N

Supply of Potential Earth Electrodes Model STANDARD PS53C 48mm dia, wall thickness 3.25mm, terminal size 32 x 10mm, terminal hole dia 12mm, hot dip galvanized 80 to 100 microns, 3 meter long, pipe inner space filled with high conductive materials including 2 bags (25kg to a bag) of earth life Compound as per IS 3043. Base Metal : IS marked branded mild steel pipes

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia copper wire in 15mm dia G.I pipe from earth electrode including connection with copper thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm x 5mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Levelling of sub station yard including filling up to the required level.

Supply of M.S bolts and nuts.
