Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for removing/laying of cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading , leveling , watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm with soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying DWC ( Double Wall Corrugate) HDPE pipes of pressure rating 6 Kg/Cm sq of size 50 mm outer dia and min 38 mm internal dia IS: 16205(Part 24):2018 laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe 50 mm, light grade for the protection of the cable passing through road crossing, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Laying, Testing & commissioning of LT XLPE insulated,Screened,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables with aluminium stranded conductor,1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 3.5 C x 25 sqmm confirming to IS : 7098 (part-I) -1988 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, Laying, Testing & commissioning of LT XLPE insulated,Screened,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables with aluminium stranded conductor,1100 volts,grade cross sectional area 4 x 16 sqmm confirming to IS : 7098 (part-I) -1988 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including 10 mm size verticle steel rods each having upto 1.5 mtr length (08 Nos )and 8 mm rods for stirrups (06 Nos) for foudations, footings,columns, postd, pillars etc & in any location, complete all as specified and directed. ( For Pole Foundation)

Supply and drawing through the pole for making connections to the light fittings,three core,PVC insulated and sheated, Heavy duty,1100 volts grade,multistranded copper conductor (FRLS) cable 3C x 2.5 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Octagonal Pole with 7 meter long hot dipped galvanized octagonal poles with top A/F 70mm Bottom A/F 130mm, made out of 3 mm Thick HT sheet along with base plate of size 220 x 220 x 12 mm , including 1500mm long single arms,bracket made out of 48mm dia, GI pipe, M20 in PCD 205mm,700mm long and projected 100 "J" Type EN8 grade set of 04 Nos Foundation bolts alongwith templates,also including provision of the following : - (a) MCB SP 6A,230 V 'B' series,10 KA Mounted on and including 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet-01 No.(b) 4 Way connector, bolt type having locking arrangement,weather proof and water proof control space -01 No. Notes :- (a) The rate quoted shall also be deemed to include the cost for demolition of existing pole if required also include provision of 50mm bore PVC pipe from cable trench to centre of the pole concrete. Supply and fixing Multi LED flood light 200 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection,120 lumen/watt capacity with impact and corrosion resistant and min IP66 rating complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Rate included of bracket/clamp required at the site with all connected accessories.

M&L fixing Cross arms, bracings, supports,clamps and back plates for above item Steel Tubular poles fabricated from structural steel sections(all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of FRP looping box of size 200x140x95 mm with connector, MCB 6 Amps, Din Rail, GI clamps made out of GI flat of size 25mm X 3 mm channel including making connections complete all as specified and directed.Make -National / Sintex/Hensel.

Dismantling exsting RCC & steel tubular poles with bracket & light and in lieu S&F 8 metre long hot dipped galvanised octagonal poles with top A/F 70mm bottom A/F 130 mm, made out of 3mm thick HT sheet alongwith base plate of size 220*220*12mm, including 1500mm long double arm bracket made out of 48mm dia, GI pipe, M20 in PCD 205mm, 700mm long and projected 100mm, "J" type EN8 grade set of 4 Nos foundation bolts alongwith templates, also including provision of the followings :- (a) MCB,SP,6A,230V, B series, 10KA mounted on and including 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet-01 No. (b) 4 way connector, bolt type having locking arrangement, weather proof and water proof control space : 01 No. Notes: (a) The rate quoted shall also be deemed to include the cost for provision of 50mm bore PVC pipe from cable trench to centre of the pole concrete of the pole concrete. (b) The earth work, RCC foundation reinforcement and form work will be measured and paid separately. (c) The quoted rate shall also be deemed to include for fixing of old light fitting retrived from dismantling. M&L for TMT steel bars 6 to 8 mm dia as in strirups, spacers,binders cut length bent to shape required, including cracking binding spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm di or ecuring with clips etc,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for use and waste of formwork to sides of concret foundations,footing,columns posts pillars etc and in any location for fair finished surfaces,completeall as specified and directed.

Deduct Credit for Demolished/ Dismantled material Rs. (-) 29,410.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule of Credit Note1: Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum' Note 2:- The tenderer must keep in mind when quoting rates against items out in multiple store house having height 4 mts to 7 mts. Necessary scaffolding and saftey measures required during execution of work are including in this items.
