Shifting of machinery to newly fabricated shed, Servicing of D.G set, Grass cutting and other allied minor repair works at Crate Weaving Workshop at Belicharana

1. Shifting of 40 KVA D.G Set installed inside crate weaving workshop Belicharana from old position to new location inside the newly fabricated CGI shed near crate weaving machine no 4 by way of removing of existing electric connections of D.G. set. Construction of foundation block for installation of D.G at new position of size 6’x12’x2’ by way of excavating of earth and disposing it at proper site. Placing the mesh inside block made out of TMT bar of dia. 10 mm with proper interspacing and filling the block with cement concrete ratio of 1:2:4 and proper curing until the block attains its maximum strength. Shifting the D.G set from old position to new position by way of carefully lifting/dragging the same using crane and manual labour as per site condition and installing the same at new position. Job also includes providing & fitting of 200 ft. of 4 core 10 mm2 armored Al. cable and making electric connections from D.G Set at one side to 125 A electric panel on other side. Job also includes shifting of Crate weaving machine no 07 along with spring manufacturing table to new location inside the newly fabricated CGI shed near crate weaving machine no 4 by dismantling the foundation block of crate machine and spring manufacturing table by way of cutting/welding/breaking of block as per site condition . Job also includes repairs to spring manufacturing table and table bed for crate weaving machine no 07 by way of extraction of old damaged sheet and legs of table as per requirement and providing /fitting of M.S sheets of thickness 20 SWG of size (21 foot x 4 foot approx.) and legs of table as per requirement. Job includes cutting the nuts, bolts of side wall of table and fabrication of side wall of table from the sheet as per design. Job also includes installation of crate weaving machine and spring manufacturing table after repairing the same by way of laying of foundation blocks( cement concrete ratio of 1:2:4) of legs of crate weaving machine and spring manufacturing table and proper embedding the same in foundation blocks. Job also includes curing of blocks so that concrete attains its maximum strength. Also painting of spring manufacturing table frame, table bed and parts of crate weaving machine no 07. Job includes making electric connections of crate weaving machine with MCB’s of 63 Amps electric panel by way of providing and fitting of Cu. Cable of 4mm2 of total length of approx. 15 m and testing for proper functioning at site. Job also includes shifting of already manufactured crates of various sizes (approx. 200 Nos.) lying in open area to newly fabricated shed in order to protect the same from vagaries of weather . Job includes cost of labour, cost of hire charges of tools and tackles, cost of hiring crane and all other taxes as applicable. C/Job 2. Servicing of Mahindra and Mahindra 40 KVA D.G set installed inside the premises of Crate Weaving workshop Belicharana. The Job includes cleaning of engine with engine flush, changing of Engine oil(approx. 10 L), Topping up the Coolant as per requirement, Cleaning of Air Filter(Inner/Outer) , Diesel Filters and Changing of Engine Oil filter. Job includes charging of discharged 12 Volt battery of D.G set and testing of D.G set after serving. Job also includes cost of material, labour charges, cost of H.S.D required during testing of D.G set and all taxes as applicable. C/Job 3. Jungle Cutting, Removal of shrubs and bushes from the premises of Crate Weaving workshop, Belicharana, Jammu. Job includes Cutting / cleaning / removing jungles, including removing of shrubs and bushes, cutting grass, cutting / removing small tree saplings/ branches of trees obstructing the pathway at different areas of workshop including area around the installed machines, storage area for crates/boxes, area around the installed 63 KVA Transformer, area around installed 40 KVA D.G Set, area of approach road to workshop including adjoining area and area around sub-divisional office. Job includes hiring of labour and tools and tackles for execution of work. Job includes all type of labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles and all taxes as applicable. Complete Job 4. Replacement of 15 Amp 3P MCB for outgoing motor feeder – 05 sets along with Electrification of newly fabricated shed by way of providing/fittings of Cu Cable of 1mm2 with batons/conduit pipe as per site condition along with providing of LED lights at appropriate location as per site conditions to facilitate easy crate weaving. Job also includes all type of hire charges for labour, tools and tackles and all taxes as applicable. Complete Job
